the property is tired and needs a lot of work currently sitting circa 1989 early 90’s. the only thing that has been modernised is the TV. even the bedding and beds terrible.

Great location - spacious unit very comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim. The bath was quite high to climb into to use the shower.

Spacious, two bedrooms was great having grand-daughter with us. Handy to centre of town. Clean, tidy and modern

The pool that was advertised was empty, the staff were not very friendly.

Cleaners were lovely. Other guests were lovely and brought great energy.

We were missing a pan from our room. When we asked for one we were told to look again by the man in the office. ( there was no pan). Office staff were rude and extremely unorganised. We felt judged for being young and staff entered our room after we left which was a inappropriate as we asked no one to enter our rooms and we locked the door. We would have enjoyed more of a positive attitude towards us.

for almost $250 for the night, the rooms are very dated. the beds were old, one of the ones my daughter had slumped to one side. The TV is small and old, the furniture and decor looks like it hadn’t been replaced for a very long time.

We didn't like we booked 1bedroom apartment but told that they already given to somebody else. It's sad because we book through booking.com they said confirmation came late when went there got room only that has only one bed and end up paying more it's my family were traveling.my husband end up sleeping in couch uncomfortable. It will better when motel give certain rooms to advertise on different website they should keep those rooms. Because when we book through website we don't want to hear that they are late because you people who give your motels rooms to sell over those website. So not a good excuse 5 minutes enough Time confirmation comes through. That's not late. Motel n booking.com should sort out this kind of problem. you both make money.
