The view was amazing, we liked the fact that we had sunbeds and the beach in front of us. The atmosphere was quiet, we didn't encounter any problems, except the bathroom was smelling weird from time to time. In conclusion, we spent 7 amazing days here.

location , cleanliness and staff . vey nice and quiet place with a very good view to get away from the noise of the city . plenty of sunbath beds you can use and very clean sea . highly recommend for the above i mentioned.
mattress needs to be changed as i felt like i was sleeping on the floor and the rooms need to be updated specially the shower area.

The location on the water and the view from the balcony were excellent. The place was quiet and the kitchen was just what we needed.
The mosquitoes were difficult and there was no way to keep them out since the door to the balcony was a sliding glass door. I think a mosquito netting over the bed would be the best solution. Besides that everything was perfect.

The host's were really nice and approachable. Beach front was amazing, first thing in the morning we could take a swim in the sea and than enjoy hot coffee. It was clean and maintained. Everything you wish for Zois Apartments has to offer. If we ever return to Lefkada we will definitely return to Zois Apartments. Worth every penny and 100% recommended!

The air conditioning had defective dampers but I found a solution a solution to direct the air where I wanted.

The hosts were super nice and welcoming. The beach of the apartman was clear and well equiped with beds, tables and chairs. The beach is also suitable for snorkeling!!

The cleaning lady was coming every second day to clean up and every third day for changing the sheets. The apartment had 2 balconies on each side. The small garden was nice.
The host was not there when we arrived for giving us the key and he didn't answer the phone when we tried to reach.
There're no mosquito nets and the facilities are pretty old. The mattresses are in very bad condition, they immediately require a change! Sometimes the fridge was not cooling enough and sometimes it was freezing the food. The kitchen appliances are very poor, e.g. one pot, one frying pan. There's some problem with the water pressure and we had one day when there was no hot water.
Only a single key room with no option for opening the door from the outside, so it makes it a bit difficult.
