The hotel as a whole looks old and weathered. Very different compared to when I first stayed.

Great location near the airport and adjacent to Swan River. Lovely room with river view. Huge bed.

The website looked amazing when we booked through bookings.com. Every picture is from at least 5 years ago, the hotel is so run down and such as a shame as maybe once it was nice. staff don’t care as the front desk manager said they only want the cancelled flights and crew staff business not couples on Holiday. Our first room was really dirty, windows with hand marks,stains on the chairs and bed, yes we were moved to a larger cleaner room but honestly thought we were staying in an episode of abandoned hotels as there was no one around. Bar area not open to public and restaurant closed at 8pm

I liked it top location near the river and if I was to bring a lady friend back for the night I know she would be happy and comfortable to and relax with me

No shampoo or body wash in bathroom - only small hard soap - at $200+/night you'd expect more.

The bed was huge & comfortable. Shower was clean & good pressure

The customer service was extremely poor, we had a fair bit of luggage as we had our 10 month old with us. It was raining & not one staff member assisted us to our room (there was two staff in reception & no other guests checking in) which was up a very steep incline. The room was hard to find with absolutely no signage to direct you. Once we got into the corridor to find our room the carpet was filthy. We had to call reception for two towels as there was only one provided for a booking of three. We had booked a cot & there was no sheet on the cot mattress just a blanket!

Paid for the “deluxe river view room” however ended up with a view of the car park and restaurant. The lift smelt so strong of cigarettes. The place overall needs an uplift, very outdated. The ceiling shower head was capped off and couldn’t be used. Pictures definitely made the place look more inviting than it was. Would not return.
