Really nice, cozy and comfortable hostel with beautiful roof terrace and balconies. Super friendly staff and perfect location in a quiet street in the centre of Odeceixe.

Needed a very long time to respond on messages and sometimes responded not at all. When I asked for help regarding bus connections on a holiday they sent me a schedule from 11 years ago and told me there is busses in the morning while there is not.

no water kettle available - it takes ages to heat water on the cooking stove
I missed a bit of a human touch, there was not anyone around for check in or welcome, it felt a bit anonymous.

Very cute hostel, easy check in and the host gave us some pomegranates to enjoy! Lovely terrace upstairs, great for an after hike stretch and to hang your clothes to dry.
The kitchen is small with only 2 stoves. If the hostel is very crowded it might take a while for your turn. Luckily it didn't happen to us as only 1 other couple was cooking before us.

we liked everything, the check in was easy, we got a 4 person bedroom just for 2 so was good, the kitchen had everything we could need. the city is really cute and everything worked fine

The hidden terrasse on the top was amazing. The rooms were clean and the host provided us with everything we needed.
The bathroom and the kitchen were not that clean, but okay.
