We were a compny of 4 adults and 4 kids and all of us loved staying in the Villa. The house and the surrounding area is beautiful. Even on a rainy morning we had fun since the house has a room with darts, billard .... The location of the Villa is perfect for exploring Istra. The host is also great and deserves a perfect 10!

Nicely furnished house with privacy of the rural property.Pool,PS4,billiard,dart game and table soccer gives one that extra points that makes children happy and adults relaxed...Elvira and Roberto are great host that unselfishly give themselves to their guests.

If you are traveling with more than 3 families,you might have bathroom schedule problem,cause 1 bathroom is connected to it's room.2nd is on ground floor connected to party room,so you have 2 bathrooms that you could share.

Firstly this villa is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday especially if you have children. We had two families of 5 and it worked out brilliantly. Lots of space, nice pool, games room and open countryside. You need a car as the house is quite rural but in only a few mins drive you have a mini market, restaurants and many wineries! Within 20mins you can be on the beach. Roberto and family were great hosts and looked after us well and the welcome local ham and cheeses were greatly appreciated. All in all a terrific holiday!
