The old convent is an amazing building, it has all the special ambience that you need for a trip. It is located in the best part of the old town in a park. The staff are very kind. The breakfast is comprised of mostly local products, it is amazing. 100% recommended!

The only word that fits this place and the whole experience is "divine", and it is rather fitting considering what the location was in the past, and the little church adjoining the property! Oh my, what an amazing experience - i would recommend to anyone visiting Ragusa Ibla. Super well done on thinking about each and every detail! You left nothing to spare!

Well that we only got to stay 1 night! could have stayed forever! Okay, there was this one very little small thing that wasn't even really a thing... at night we could here a small water gurgling noise from somewhere around the room! but didn't keep me up at night. just happened to pick it up when i woke up in the quiet of the night.

I appreciated that the hotel let us check out a bit later on the day.

Ragusa Ibla during Summer has restricted car access and parking is a huge problem. We had to go round the town literally 3 or 4 times each time we moved the car to find another space, the hotel offers no parking facility. Breakfast has limited choices. Double room option is a very, very small room with no space round the bed. We found the room to be quite claustrophobic. Air conditioning was not cooling adequately.

Cool setting in the old convent and very picturesque in the middle of a public garden.

Breakfast was good but served outdoors in an area with an unacceptable amount of bees. Bees all over the food so that you couldn't serve yourself, bees all around the tables so that we were jumping up and down the whole time. Also the wifi didn't reach the room so was only available at reception which was very inconvenient.

Everything was above expectation from arriving there, to the very comfy room. The breakfast was really good as well. The sumptuous garden where the convent is situated is accessible by night to enter the hotel, and it's a pleasure to stroll there. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful during the whole stay.

The rooms and gardens are lovely. Front desk management was friendly and very helpful! Good recommendations for dinners in town.

The restaurant was very uninviting. We reserved an 8 pm dinner which is early for Italy but only a little and we were made to feel unwelcome. We left.

Beautiful setting but it gets a bit noisy and difficult with parking on the weekends.
