The communications was clear,we been waiting in bus terminal by staff member and he help us with direction, the place is super close to center and tree blocks away from Cruz del Sur terminal...staff super friendly but no English only Spanish
Noisy in the night, no many extras in the room but for the price and location is very good.

We arrived and nobody was there. There was a sign - HAY NO HABITACION (There is no accommodation)

Good location close to the main square. They paid taxi for me on my way from bus terminal. Really nice terrace and staff!
No window in the room, it was very cold one. Wifi didn't work well.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. it was good value for money.
the wifi did not work properly, there was no hot water, it was very noisy and I could here people (who might have been staff) clearing their throat very close to my room at night. although the breakfast was free, it was just a bread roll which was disappointing as other reviews described this as ‘substantial’.

The staff is really friendly and gave me all information I needed. The breakfast at the rooftop is really good and my room was very clean and well appointed.

Super friendly people are running this hotel. They organized for us overflight Nasca lines in decent price. We could leave our baggage for whole day while we were waiting for night bus. We could take shower too without any additional cost. This place is very clean so you can even smell detergent used for tidying. Beside there are towels and small soaps which is additional advantage. It is not a standard in hotels for this price. Also there is a laundry service.
To sum up, we totally recommend this place.
Fancy buzzer clock at morning - crazy rooster 🐓. In fact it was funny and it wasn't a disadvantage at all.

Nice quiet place. Communal breakfast table, nice to meet other travellers. Julio arranges beautifull excursions to the Nazca lines and the countryside. Really loved to be in the nature!
