Very friendly owner and helpful staff. Beautiful location with private beach and access to kayaks, SUPs was definitely added value.

Check out time is quite early.

The location is really excellent if one likes cliffy beach and not too crowded beaches.

The Shower has a lot of moulds (Schimmelpilzen). We stayed in Apartment 14.

Nice private beach on the rocks, green pines around. The view from the terrace was amazing. Warm welcome.

The room was not comfortable. The property looks very old and it looks like rooms were not renovated for last 30 years. Basic furniture, uncomfortable double bed, old kitchen and tiny bathroom.

The location is fantastic, just outside of town so the private beach is relatively secluded and peaceful. Fantastic facilities too, free beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and mountain bike hire. Also a fantastic view of the ocean from the room.

Quite an old place. Tiled floors so it wasn't as cosy/homely as I would like. But not a big deal since you're probably spending a lot of time outside anyways. Also need to pay 5 euros to use the laundry.

The location is absolutely gorgeous if you prefer swimming from cliffs instead of sand beaches. The hotel has a private rocky beach (not suitable for those who cannot swim, since the water is deep or for those those who have walking problems, since there is a steep path down to the water). It will never get too crowdy so you will be able to have your own private spot. The use of chairs, umbrella, kajaks and sups are included in the hotel prize. There is also a shower beside the water which we appreciated. We never felt we had to explore other beaches on our stay (which is rare for us). The rooms were good and we specially enjoyed the cocking possibilities, the fridge, the air condition and the private balcony with the stunning view.

Maybe we missed a bar with cold drinks, but since the room had a fridge it wasn't a big problem, we just saved money:)

This was the most incredible stay! Stunning location, amazing private beach and terrace with the room. The rooms are no frills but comfortable (AC, basic kitchen). The host was extremely easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the beach area had everything you could need (bathroom, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, perfect water). Marciana Marina was charming, and we walked there for a delicious dinner at a restaurant recommended by the hotel. It is a 25 min (beautiful but hilly) walk to town and no cafe nearby, so definitely pick up some basics to have at the hotel. Nothing better than a glass of wine on the terrace, watching the sun set. There is a bus stop nearby but we learned later that a taxi from Portoferrario would not have been expensive and much more direct, so I would recommend that if you do not have a car (though we took the bus and survived). That being said once you get there, you will just want to stay, maybe forever!

Stunning view, private access to the sea. Many opportunities to borrow bikes and kajaks/sups for free. Really nice ownes. Amazing accommodation to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Simple and clean appartment.

The location was just an absolute dream. Or better, because I couldn't have dreamt it up. The sea! The rocky cliffs! The plants! Heavenly! Really cannot imagine the location being any more perfect.

I didn't realise until after the booking that our room has a maisonette bed with a steep ladder, which I was a bit worried about but ended up being fine. Something to look out for though if you have mobility issues!

Isolated location, kayak and SUP available for guests, crystal clear sea water, gorgeous views over the gulf of Procchio, close to Marciana with all its facilities, including a diving centre that I really enjoyed

This is the second time we stay there. Absolutely perfect if you like rocky beaches (like us)

It was so much better then the picture says! Clean, beautiful surrundings, cozy atmospher, comfortable bed. Cant complain about anything!

The personal staff was just great. Very helpful. The wiev from appartment just as well. The hotell directors Limoncello more than that. Personale molto simpatici. La vista e visita sono merviglioso.

Well the e bikes to rent for a very reasonable sum loaded off very quickly. Maybe they were´n"t fully charged. So my friend with overweight his battery was empty in under one hour.

Beautifully located right by the sea with a stunning view on the sea and island. A pathway leads to a great place right by the sea to relax and swim. Nearby Marina Marciana is also a wonderful little coastal village with a nice boardwalk, square, restaurants, ...

Our room wasn't very clean, with hair of the previous guests on the bathroom furniture, dusty floor, dirty dishware, ... Don't want to dramatize it too much, but they could definitely improve here.

Location, the view from the terrace and from our bedroom and of course the beach!!!
