amazing!! first off- location, absolutely perfect! close to all the nice restaurants around Faro, and literally looking at the beach! the apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and really nice. the staff were super friendly and very helpful

no air con in bedroom. it has air con in the living room but not the bedroom. we just left it on at night and kept the bedroom door open however it would have been better to have a unit in the bedroom WiFi is not great and hard to join. however mobile service is fine.

I was on my own and was very disappointed that the satellite that provides the TV has no UK channels. I only had BBC world News and Al Jazeera in English.

Cleanliness and fresh towels twice during the week stay. Size of the bathroom was above average for the size of apartment. Location close to restauarants and bars and beach.

We had a ground floor apartment in a house segregated into 5 or 6 1/2 bed apartments. Apart from the noise of scraping furniture in neighboring apartments (which you have to accept anywhere in Spain) there was little privacy outside. Our apartment was separated by a small trellis from the adjacent apartment, rather than a perspex or glass wall as in balcony properties. Five hungry Germans would eat breakfast on their outside table not 20 cm from our front door! Felt like the house had been crammed in with 1 or 2 too many apartments. You don't get to choose which of DunaOasis apartments you're staying in so it's pot luck. Two years ago we had a nice apartment with a private balcony.

Had to get a shuttle to get our keys on the first day as arrived after reception hours. Lovely space. Great location. Fantastic staff. It was cold one night (January night) and no one able to get us a heater. Cleaner the next morning was very helpful and got us one.

Easy checkin, polite receptionist. Great location near the beach. Mirrors in bedrooms :)

Great location.Value for money.Very clean . One small thing is when you check out you can still use the communal pool but there are no toilet facilities to use. Our flight was late evening and waited at pool until time to go to airport but no toilets or shower facility at pool was disappointing. Other than that all was great to be honest.
