The location was great and it was easy to access the property.

The TV didn't work and it took a few discussions with reception to have it rectified. The exhaust fan in the kitchen also didn't work.

Location was great, room clean spacious. Nice Pool view and nice size pool to relax.

Access to pool gate was out of order, we were guaranteed 2pm check in which did not happen and when called to follow up they conveniently said your room is ready now and we were about to call. Also payment check in system doesn’t work correctly and payment had not gone through however cleared from our account. Construction works started early Saturday morning 6 am so no sleep in

Receptionist, changed the ground floor flat and gave us a higher floor with nice view.

Customer service support. I raised a concern during the stay ( wash basin was blocked), customer service promised to fix the issue however after exchanging 15 emails, still to resolution from the management!

We travelled here a year ago for 1.5 days & left, already planning our trip back for this year (except this time it was for 7 nights)! Hard to leave, this place is so central to EVERYTHING. 15 minute walk over the river, 5-10 minute walks to the Street Beach and ANY food you’re craving. Grocery shops are 10 minutes away. It is the most central place, so accomodating, beautiful rooms, the pool is amazing and just cannot fault the place.

Loved the location

The decor was very average. Not enough seating for 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment. The decoration was not comparable to the what was shown in the website

Amazing location, great little cafe out the front with nice asian meals, apartment had everything required for a great stay. Location was fantastic, close to everything West End has to offer.

Blinds in main bedroom do not completely cover windows so lots of light comes in from surrounding buildings. Bathroom steams up because fan is inadequate.

The location was good close to the west end village shopping centre and restaurants. Paid underground parking was spacious and safe. Staff were polite and gave accurate directives. Lovely view of the city and spacious apartment :)

Staff process seemed a bit rushed but were helpful nonetheless. Reception is a bit hidden wasn't the easiest place to navigate and there is no visitor parking area for when you need to check-in/out (although I believe this is a common occurrence in most Brisbane apartments) The apartment was clean except the bedroom. There were make-up stains smeared into the carpet, an old sock underneath the bed and the mattress had a very yellow colouration to it. Seems it's in need of some replacements as I don't imagine this is something that can be cleaned.

location was great. within walking distance to South Bank. room was very well equipped.

Had everything I needed in this property. Clean and tidy. Handy to restaurants and supermarket and public transport.

The couch in the room we stayed in was very uncomfortable. you couldn’t sit in it for too long

modern, facilities, location

Location was great. Walking distance to Westend where all the commercial shops are located. No issue with security. The apartment 2B+2B was spacious. However, it would have been perfect if the apartment have USB charging pods and/or Universal socket points in the bedrooms and living area especially for foreign travellers.

There was no peep hole on the main door. No Window blinds in the Master bathroom. The ventilation/exhaust filters were dirty.
