Nice host & good size room

Za tą cenę nie spodziewałam się wiele, było budżetowo ale czysto. Było zimno w pokoju i nie było czajnika żeby zrobić ciepłą herbatę.

Przyjechaliśmy o 21:30 ( a można było przyjechać do 22:00) wszystko było zamknięte. Dzwoniłam na nr kontaktowy podany na Booking.com ale nikt nie odbierał. Po 15 min walenia w drzwi otworzyła Pani zdziwiona że nie dzwonimy. Okazało się że po prawej stronie drzwi jest gablotka z numerem telefonu pod który trzeba zadzwonić ( którego nie było widać bo wyło ciemno i nie wiedzieliśmy że to nr telefonu).

Worst accommodation ever! Strongly recommend find other one! They confirm my accommodation and when I arrive, hotel was closed. So called to number mentioned in Booking app, but no reply. So, use number from hotel door, no reply. Tried to find other number by google and finally somebody speak with me, but not able to speak English. Fortunately some pedestrian help me and we found a key. Is it so big problem send me a message before arrive something like “We are sorry, but hotel is closed today, you’ll find a key there…”? And there was water outage last day. Did stuff helped guests with this issue? Did they e.g. bring a barrel of water so we can flush the toilet, clean teeth, etc.? No, they did nothing! Never ever!

Great staff in spite of our language barrier. Good food at reasonable prices, however, no breakfast offering. Nice patio dining. Decent wifi. Good parking. Good value.

No shower curtain. Rough bed sheets and towels. No bath, shower or hair products.

Good price/value ratio, location is very quiet, parking available, fast wi-fi. Rooms are quite small, but ok for overnight stay. Food at the restaurant downstairs is very good. Overall a nice place.

Ok location when visiting Red Bull Ring, clean room, comfy bed. All in all good & affordable place for a few nights stay in this lovely Styrian area.

Bathroom was clean although not in best shape.

Clean, tidy room, en-suite all good, I am sure the location is good if travelling down this road, sadly I was not and it was a 40min drive for me. However, as its on the main road I am sure good for those who take a little more time than I did to book it.

Cheap furniture, foam mattress, very low and soft, and very poor pillows. Happily as I was alone I could use both but if two people this would have give me a very uncomfortable night. They need additional in the room. Toilet seat broken, only attached on one side, water plug hole is blocked, leaves you stamina in puddle of water as you shower. The place just need maintenance and up keep, but it was cheap so no complaints.

The restaurant was great.

Could be warmer in the room, also, dryer would be a good thing to have.

Basic but clean room. Good location of hotel.
