Couldn't like literally anything - we left this property thoroughly disappointed and feeling like we have been to a third world country. Some post-war areas we have visited are offering a higher quality experience for tourists.

Our trip to this place was a horror. When we arrived we encountered 1) a broken wardrobe, 2) a broken mirror, 3) protruding cables, 4) yellow stains on the towels, 5) broken tiles in the bathroom, 6) a chewing gum stuck on the bed frame, 7) food rests around the kitchen sink, 8) hole on the leather couch, 9) broken shower (which was quickly replaced by the host), 10) leaky toilet tank (which was repaired by the host), 11) sticky floor (which was cleaned again by the host), 12) a rusty cloth hanger, 13) mould on the lights in the bedroom, 14) broken laundry machine which would run perpetually, failing to end the laundry program. The place is owned by a certain individual in the UK called Philip Michael James and managed by a bulgarian company called "Bulgarian Home Care".

The location is great, not far from the beach, and it has all the necessary utilities. The view from the balcony was great, perfect way to wake up or to stay at the end of the day to relax.

There was a problem for a day and a half with running water, but it was a problem in all Kavarna not from the location itself.

There was not much to like about the place. The only decent things were the pool, the main terrace, the well equipt kitchen, the living room, and we had two bathrooms.

The kitchen drain smelled really bad, we had two bathrooms but half of toilet paper roll for each one of them for our whole stay, the bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back and neck, the showerhead in one of the bathrooms was broken, the drying rack was small, rusted and unusable, some of the towels had dark stains on them and not all of us had one big and one small towel.

We arrived quite late, so we were charged 20 BGN extra for someone to meet us on arrival and give us the keys. I never saw this additional fine on the description of the property when I was making the booking. When we arrived - there were lots ants on the balcony and they kept getting inside the living room even though we kept cleaning. The toilet syphon was partially broken and kept making an irritating noise. There was rubbish in the bucket inside the cabinet under the toilet sink. The toiletries left in the bathroom were kept to the bare minimum (a few sashes of shampoo/shower gel mix), but we were really surprised with the lack of soap in the apartment. The elevator was broken one day and after being “fixed” the lights inside were not working properly. Additionally, the lightbulbs were broken in both bedside table lamps the bedroom.

Nice, big, apartment. We would return to stay here.

Absolutely everything. Very clean, big rooms, confortable beds and wonderful view, the apartment has everything you need from towels, shampoo, soap, forks, spoons, glasses to a washing machine and everything else you need. You can park your car in front of the property. And the main room has the bathroom in the room like in hotels and the second bathroom is in the hall. Kavarna City Beach is very near and very nice. The restaurants also are near.

Nothing. Everything was beyond our expectation.
