The property was super clean, modern and very close to the beach

It was a little close proximity to the neighbouring property and wasn‘t very private.

Amazing property and location. Had everything we needed and just a couple of minutes walk from beach. The owners were helpful when had questions and even went out to buy a new bbq so they one they had stopped working. Great stay will be back if ever in the area

the light comes in via the two big windows in the early morning…I was awake at 6am every day when I wanted to sleep in….would be great to get some curtains up.

Bed was too hard for our taste Very little space for the person on the wall side of the bed to move around Would have loved bigger towels A full-length mirror would be really handy Be prepared to get taxis if you’re going out after dark and don’t want to drive (and watch out for Uber surge pricing - cost us $35 to get into Terrigal but only $10 to get back. Getting back from Avoca Beach House was going to cost $75! We decided to take the 25min walk back along the v dark beach during a lightning storm!) I think a map showing bottle shop, pharmacy, minimart, where the markets are held etc would be really useful

Cute, cosy and stylish. Super close to North Avoca beach. The french press was appreciated. Loved the lighting and decor.

We could smell whatever was being cooked in the adjoining building (garlic). Between the coughing fits, noisy laughter and the yapping of a dog we were frequently disturbed from trying to relax.
