Great location, incredibly friendly staff, and centrally located with many amenities including restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very safe neighborhood near the Casa Presidential with a local police station nearby as well.

The room was good and as expected for the value of money.
The staff in the morning of our checkout didn't speak a word of English and were very unfriendly. We needed to catch a bus at 7:50am and were told that there was breakfast at 7am - no breakfast! Then the taxi that the hotel booked brought us to the wrong bus station, which meant we missed our bus to Costa Rica ... Not very good service!

The rooms are spacious and there is also room were you can sit and wait, if you are too early for check in. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Luis, the manager, is wonderful. Fast wifi, great AC in the room
No soap or shampoo in the room. Outside of the room is hot. The location is rather hidden from the main road.

The staff were really nice. They helped me book a taxi for my departure to UCA. The place was clean and room was spacious. It is located a bit away from central center so it was nice and quiet. Only a few mins of walking to stores and shops.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I enjoyed my night here.

if you leave the hotel and you walk in the wrong direction , you will find yourself in one of the most dangerous areas of Managua and nobody of the staff tells you about

Hotel staff where very helpful at moving us when we couldn't get wifi for work made our stay very welcome, super convenient location insane Mexican restaurant near 8 min walk. Also spacious rooms
Rooms are very hot and some rooms are stinky but when moved to good room it was sound but it's good value for money 💰
