location and staff

staff language barrier, people barely understand or speak English

The resort in general is great, the beach nice and clean sandy fun to swim, swimming pool is great with small water park. All the hotel staff are very nice

The food was lot of choices but unfortunately not very great tasty

Staff was great. They always had smile on their faces. Sea was so clear we could see the fish swimming. I especially liked cocktails.

No night show (played from entertament team, no outside teams) just whos play and who is ... The majority of personal not know basic word in english (apple, hot, cold, fruits)

Reception and maintenance, and concierge were awful. Do not except to get any help from reception. Hotel does not have a map of the area. When you rent a car from inside hotel they do not have map either and do not want to help. Overall hotels in turkey have a long way to go regarding customer service specially management and front personnels.

The selection of food and drinks is excellent; the entertainment is very high quality; the swimming pools are huge, very clean and the water is warm; I love the beach location and pontoon facilities. The hotel is very family friendly, especially for young childeren

There was no mini golf; our balcony was rather small; the library should be more accessible; most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not all. The location is a bit remote; there should be shuttle buses to Kusadasi and Izmir (for a payable fee)
