La mancanza di aria condizionata in camera, avendo soggiornato in una caldissima notte di luglio. Non ben insonorizzate le camere, ma accettabile per aver soggiornato solo una notte!

The owner was very friendly and the pool was big. Enough parking space.
There was no air conditioning in the room and the breakfast is not healthy nor traditional Italian. We paid €190 for a small room for 3 with no airco and poor breakfast.

I only write reviews for exceptional places. This hotel exceeded every hope and expectation. The food was the better than the Michelin star restaurants we dined at this trip. The view over the valley was especially nice from the swing on the balcony. The owners were friendly and helpful for every request.
Parking was challenging because of the location on the hillside.

Caramanico Terme is an elegant small town in the mountains and the lovely hotel is situated in a quiet suburb on the slopes above. The thermal spa is now permanently closed but the walks and hill towns in the area made it well worth spending a few days here. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and David and Ileanna were very welcoming and friendly

Loved the pool after a long hike. Very friendly staff and nice comfortable rooms. Great balcony but would like a table and two chairs instead of one :)

Excellent family run hotel. Anna Lucia, Ileana, and Davide are truly kind people who demonstrated a sincere desire to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The facility is beautifully maintained with a high level of attention paid to every detail. Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds were wonderful. I cannot say enough about the fabulous food prepared by mother and daughter at Hotel Arimannia. The breakfast was a delight, and the small, freshly prepared dinner menu changed nightly. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options. Highly recommended!!

They upgraded the room -it was quiet- to a beuatiful suite. Very friendly family. Great breakfast and beautiful mountains and clear air all around you.

Even if it is so called out of season we should be given full service BUT NO, no restaurant, we were reluctantly offered dinner, but with no menu nor choice. We were asked if we will eat fish, no discription how the fish would be cooked, and no pricing was discussed. When time came we were horrified to be given instead an awful think bean and bacon soup, then a main meal pork sausage butterfly-cut fried. Total cost just over 44 euros! Nead less to say we never attempted to eat lunch or dinner there again. There is no proper dinning in town, maybe full season there might be, but in our case (first week of October) we had to eat cold meat and bread rolls for our 2-day stay, in town. You feel you in someone's home as it is cluttered with kitch ornaments aka dust collectors
