This is a private accomodation within walking distance from the Entrance 1 in the Plitvice NP.. The room we had was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There is the possibility to have breakfast with a few options, some of which were home made. The owners were welcoming and accomodated our every request, and we had a great time in Plitvice.

The location was ideal as it permitted a thorough visit of the national park during the day and was within easy walking distance of Entrance 1. The hosts were extremely kind. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.

beautiful house with flowers in front . there is a huge space next to the house , where we could hang our clothes , and Ana was so kind to take them in after dark when we were out visiting the Lakes. breakfast was simple but delicious , enough to fuel our energy for the Lakes . Ana even hand picked some apples for us from the tree at the back of the house . highly recommended !

Very well run. Only 700 metres to Entrance 1 to the Park. Very nice breakfast. Good reasonably priced restaurant only 250 metres away. Comfortable, air con and central heating.

The Appartment is near the national park (1km to entrance 1). So, you can save the parking fee at Plitvikca because parking is available at the apartment. Also, the room has everything you need and the surrounding is quite.

My mom and aunt stayed here and this is what they have to say about this place: "The hosts are wonderful people. Our bus arrived late at night and they offered to pick us up, that was a beautiful gesture, unfortunately the bus got delayed but they still waited for us. We are not used to travelling, and it was dark we were in the middle of nowhere without knowing the language but they made us feel very comfortable. They even prepared sweets the next day for breakfast and shared them with us, after one bite, it brought us back to our childhood immediately (our grandma used to make them). We couldn't recommend it more, we have nothing but beautiful memories from our short stay here." Thank you for taking such nice care of my family, and for always replying to my messages, the communication was very fluent. Peaceful comfortable rural location about 15 minutes walk to Entrance one. Warm and friendly hosts. Amazing breakfast! Ana cooked delicious omelettes and there was homemade plum jam, cakes, donuts and French toast. Warm hospitality and spacious grounds with flowers and fruit trees -plenty of car parking spaces. Ljubo even dropped us to the bus stop when we left.

The apartment is located a ten-minute walk from the number one entrance to Plitvice. It is in a quiet and peaceful place, with a parking space in front of the accommodation. It has a small kitchenette, a shower and toilet, a spacious balcony, and a large double bed. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great. You have to pay for breakfast separately, but I definitely recommend it, it was extremely plentiful, with a huge selection of home-baked cakes, which were divine.

I think most people usually stay for one or two nights when they go to Plitvice, which is why there was a very small refrigerator, but since we were on our way home from another accommodation before that, we had quite a lot of food left in our cooler bag, which was very difficult to fit. In addition, the small refrigerator was missing a door from the upper freezer, so we were not able to properly cool the ice packs for the next day either. We also had 3 pizza with us, which we were able to store separately in a large refrigerator downstairs. That was really nice. In any case, a slightly larger refrigerator would be good for the small apartment.

Amazingly tasty breakfast made by Ms. Ana as she made "ustipci" on my request - a typical local dough type breakfast for my kids to try. Facilities are very clean and quite. Location is walking distance to Entrance 1 at Plitvice lakes. Kids had swings, and huge area to play and run. Overall, an amazing stay at Ana and Ljubo's place. We highly recommend it.

Super close to the lakes and any bus services . Walk is about 10 more mins to lakes. Lovely hosts- especially Ana. Superb breakfast. Best omlette I’ve had

Loved Ana and Ljubo’s guesthouse. Brilliant location for the park, and stunning surroundings. Ana’s hosting is next to none. She surprised us with cakes, eggs on Easter Sunday. She offered us the use of the breakfast room on our final day and offered us coffee and croissants. Ljubo also helped us get out food shop in as we did not have a car.

Ana is a really warm-hearted person. Her and her husband welcomed us with homemade licor/slivovica, and also the breakfast was very nice and even included a piece of her birthday cake!

Great place to stay, very close to the park and lovely hosts

Mrs Ana is a ”super host” ! Her home-made food-products are fantastic ! She was always at our disposition - even when we arrived after 22.00 - after a long journey. The Guest house is very cosy and clean, the position is perfect - only at 15 minutes by foot near the Gate 1 of the lakes

Everything was OK ! Nothing wrong ! I would just suggest that some extra hangers on the walls inside the room would be a good help - in order to dry jackets when the weather is wet.

They had some problems with the pipes and leaks in the heating system so we had no warm water for 50% of our 3 day stay...

hosts very warm and helpful, gave us baked goodies for free. the paid breakfast was very nice. the studio is very nice and comfy. the hosts don't speak a lot of english but communication was not a problem.
