The room was lovely and spacious, as was the bathroom. The shower was wonderful and it was good to have a powerful hairdryer provided.

A good location, close enough to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable
Myself and my son were in Gent for a football match. Once the receptionist knew this we were made to pay €100 euro deposit, purely because we had come to watch a football match. although I suspect the room rate was already inflated due to the match being on.
The room was ok, access is via a steep narrow stairs. The water in the shower did not get hot

Clean room with exterior private bathroom with a bath, which is nice.
Even though it was mentioned on the ad, it is true that 2 single beds aren't as comfy as a double bed, especially for a couple. Same for the bathroom, even if it is mentioned that it is outside of the room, it is not very handy during the night.

Great location, room and facility.
Only one little thing and it was that our doubled bed were two twin beds just put together without being sealed together or to the floor. Hence we almost fell out of it during the night when either of us moved to close to the middle.

The hotel is very central, just a few minutes away from all the places of interest. I travelled by car and used the Park and Ride at Decathlon. The shuttle bus stops close to the hotel. Be aware: you need to register a foregin car for the low emission zone latest the day after arrival. Hotel was convenient and room was spacious.

The location was okay.
The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2pm and we had to wait around 30min until they finished cleaning. The bathroom was separate. There was no hot water on the morning.

The location is in a short walking distance of all the major sightseeing places in Gent.
We had room #12 on the first upper floor. The room was well equipped although a little small. The window has only a view to the inside of the building (basically 4 walls) but the great advantage was its quietness compared to a street side I guess.
The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was detached from the room but private with the room key to access. So only for that room for privacy. We knew this so it is not a negative aspect. Breakfast was ample with good choice between salty and sweet.
The only negatives was an unpleasant smell (like humidity) in the staircase, but not in the room.
The staircase are steep, narrow and not practical for heavy luggage especially if one gets a room in upper floors.

Friendly staff made us as welcome and comfortable as possible during difficult Coronavirus-affected visit. (Belgium went into lockdown as we arrived.)
