It is first row, goes directly on the beach.
Arrived eaelier and we entered before check in time.
4 people and one roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay😂It is not much of a big deal, but please, you would not get richer if you leave more so your guests do not go around markets to buy.

Large and comfortable apartment right in front of the sea with free sunbeds and umbrella. Very nice host, Magda tells you everything you need to know. Around are pastry shop, mini-market, restaurant. It's a very good choice for staying in Nikiti close to the beach.
The apartment is noisy, not necessary from the restaurant near by if you're not the type that goes to bed at 22:00. But you can hear very well the noise from the other apartments in the building especially from bathroom/toilet.

The apartments are situated in front of the beach and had its own umbrellas and sunbeds. Close by there are couple of resturants and shops. The apartment was really clean and had the necessities. Тhe owner was very kind

The warm and friendly welcome from the owner, super location close to beach and restaurants / cafes, private parking place, everything was super
The restaurant nearby is a bit loud, but that's the price being next to it (was very tasty though)

The room was great and the location is perfect! You have everything you need in the room- it is cosy and clean. The beach is literally 2min waking and there are many taverns in a walking distance too. Still, the rooms are in a quiet street. The view from the balcony in amazing and our host was very sweet, nice and friendly!

We liked everything, the location, it is very clean, has a huge terrace and a very nice view. The host is extremely nice and helpful. We rented the 2 apartments on the top floor, the blue one and the green one and it was comfortable for our family (6 adults and 3 kids). Near the apartments there are restaurants, shops, caffes, everything one needs. We will probably book again, we have really enjoyed our stay.

I felt i was lucky to get a parking space, when it s crowded i don t think it s that easy...

Place was clean. Very nice balcony with view. Very good location with parking.
Place needs lots of renovations. Shower head is very old and crusty. Bathroom light didn't work properly. All doors and windows need to be replaced. The front door was very old and creeked upon opening.

Beach is very close, just cross 10 meters and here is wonderful beach and clear water.
