The location is great in the historic part of Granada

The drive in my rent a car through narrow cobbled streets and the lack of signs. Spent ages finding the hotel/car park. I was told later they are not allowed to put signs up to protect the beautiful characters of the city.

Todo. Muy agradable y acogedor. Me gustaría resaltar el detalle del café/leche/infusiones etc… que te proporcionaba el hotel. Es un pequeño detalle pero estos marcan la diferencia. La atención del personal, por cierto, de 10.

Estuvo todo genial. Si tuviera que decir algo sería la insonorización de las habitaciones, pero nada grave.

Très vaste appartement, agréable et bien placé

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was big and specious, clean and well equipped, in addition to all the amenities we received capsules for the coffee machine biscuits and milk. Location was great! Outside terrace has terrific views of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money, would recommend to a friend.

L’emplacement était proche de tout et des choses à visiter. Le décor de la chambre était agréable avec la machine à laver qui est un plus. La chambre était propre avec climatiseur et des couvertures dans les placards si besoin.

Il n’y avais pas de lumière dans la cour pendant la nuit , mon mari s’est tordu la cheville contre la fontaine ( et personne à la réception après 21h c’est dommage) Le parking de l’hôtel a 15€ était assez cher (mais pratique) Le matin il y avais beaucoup de bruit ( une fuite dans la chambre à côté , nous avons était réveillé tout le séjour par le plombier qui tapait les murs)

The place was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful in every case and the location really great for a stay in Granada's historical neighborhood. Restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We took the bus a few times, which was convenient for the hilly location. I hope to stay there again next time I am in Granada.

La ubicación del alojamiento nos gustó, estás muy céntrico en el Albaicín, y a la vez cerca del centro de Granada. Las vistas desde el alojamiento espectaculares. El apartamento está dotado de todo el menaje de cocina y tienes también lavadora con detergente por si necesitas usarla. El alojamiento tiene un parking a su disposición, te sube el precio del alojamiento pero es muy importante en la zona a la que vas disponer del servicio. Por último, el personal fue muy amable. Nosotros llegamos un poco antes de la hora y nos dejaron entrar a la habitación, y el último día también nos dejaron guardar el coche en el parking unas horas hasta que nos fuimos.

La limpieza podría ser un poco mejor, nuestra colcha y alguna toalla tenían manchas

La ubicación!!! En pleno Albahicin, justo en el mirador del jato y mirador de San Nicolás.A todos sitios andando.Excepcional!!!! Repetiremos sin duda.

Por decir algo,pensábamos que nos hacían la habitación,cambio de sábanas toallas ....etc. Por lo visto solo lo hacen en estancias largas solamente.

El alojamiento estaba perfectamente ubicado, se puede ir a los lugares más importantes andando desde allí. Esta situado a 10 minutos del Mirador de San Nicolás, a unos 15 minutos de la Plaza Nueva de Granada y a unos 30 de la puerta de acceso de La Alhambra. Todo estaba impecable y perfectamente cuidado. No le faltaba de nada. El personal muy agradable. El parking al lado y con plazas amplias para aparcar. Todo muy sencillo y de fácil uso. 10/10

Location was amazing, check in was easy, hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, hotel/apartment was spacious and comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

Streets are very narrow so a bit hairy with the car. Lots of steps so not good if you’ve got bad knees!

Overall this is one of the nicest places I have stayed + more value for money spent. This is one of the hotels I wished I could have stayed for atleast an additional night to relax and explore Granada. Unit size - Pretty big including kitchen with cooking utensils, plates, nespresso. The unit was clean with enough spacing for storage Bed - Comfortable, clean including the sofa bed. Bath - good sized, clean with toiletries and towels included AC - operational and kept the room cool Staff and service - Very friendly, helpful and we were allowed to check out early+ leave our baggage in the storage space, car in the parking garage until late afternoon. The friendly lady at the front desk during our check in was helpful giving us suggestions for things to do including the sunset view, restaurant options and directions. Location - Beautiful, scenic but very narrow streets to drive and reach the hotel. Follow google maps if not you can get lost or stuck in a narrow street. The hotel blends in with the houses in the street so hard to spot unless one is paying attention. Luckily the lady at the front desk saw us searching for the address and guided us to the underground parking in one of the buildings nearby. We rented a medium SUV and were able to drive through the streets following the maps. We saw someone trying to drive through a narrow street close to the hotel and it was not the google maps direction. Luckily the front desk lady stopped them from driving further before getting the mirrors scratched and the car stuck in a youtube/tik tok famous situation. Close to the main areas including restaurants, cafes, public transportation, view points. It is a 30 minute walk to the Alhambra Palace but the walk is nice through the shopping area, cafes, view points before reaching the starting point for the walk up a slight elevated walkway. The sunset view points are within 15 minutes from the hotel.

The terrace was nice and the proximity to the restaurant was convenient. The snacks waiting for us were appreciated.

The bed was very uncomfortably hard and the lumpy, flat pillows were terrible.

Good location(central), clean, nice reception

l liked the location. close to centro with easy uphill walking. good areas to explore. close to plaza largo. the court yard was relaxing. the room was clean although my sheets had some black specks on them. good value.

I didn’t like the location of my room having to go up one level and down two to get there after hours. it was ok during the day because I could cut through the courtyard but I‘m not at my room during the day. I also believe I paid for an upgrade to be on the court yard but was not. also being next to the street it was fairly noisy with people passing by very late at night. there was no bidet. 2 levels was also not ideal but ok.

Great Location to the Market ( 5 min walk) and onto the Plaza and downtown. We had a lovely view of the cathedral from our comfy terrace where we wined and dined and enjoyed the openness. Highly recommend to get one with a terrace. We had booked one unit with three rooms and living room with a equipped kitchen and washer dryer. Very spacious by even American standards. Staff was very helpful in guiding and organising the taxis who were prompt. Do take the walking tours of the Sacromonte Albaicin and of course just walk everywhere. Alhambra is with unbelievable views. Take the local bus at the exit of the Alhambra into the downtown.
