The building itself is a work of art, and is full of history. Once you step inside, it is so disconnected from the loud noises of the town. A haven. The attention to detail in the decor really wowed me. The breakfast was amazing, and fit for royalty. The breakfast consisted of local delicacies and specialties. The staff were amazing, from the reception to the housekeeping - my husband and I felt very welcomed. All our needs were met, and the staff went above and beyond. The staff escorted us to the Riad after dark every night of our stay since you can get lost in the Old town.

The room was just as pictured. Beautiful. The staff was so helpful. They arranged a guide for us for our stay, and we were really pleased with him and our tours of Fes. The food was wonderful. We had dinners on the rooftop balcony and in the interior courtyard. This place is a gem.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were great and very welcoming. The place was extraordinary.

Nothing, Beyond Expectation

Exceptional property with wonderful staff . Faultless service with an upgrade to the Royal Suite. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the management could not have been more qualified and willing to make really worthwhile suggestions. Unobtrusive but always there when you needed them. Room full of interesting books and treasures. We will be returning.

The Riad is VERY beautiful, big spacious and with a very nice decor for the most part. The Demani suite on the rooftop is incredibly beautiful and atmospheric. Also the structure is close to a parking spot, which is nice for a riad in the old medina.

Our stay was very weird everything considered. While the demani suite is beautiful and spacious, the Zephyr suite is ugly and ill shaped. Also, lighting in the demani suite is insufficient ( my girlfriend had a very hard time putting make up on ) I asked them to book a famous restaurant and they told me they never pick up. First time I tried they did pick up and told me they were closed for renovation the whole month. (one would expect the concierge of a luxury hotel to be aware of these things). Finally, on the last day a fight (actual punches kicks and all) broke up in the riad between two staff members, it was so agitated that the whole staff came down and nevertheless it went on for a good 15 minutes. Absurd for this level of a structure.
