Close to the beach but very private and spacious

All was Perfect

Beautiful house, in a great location . Manolis was very friendly and helpful, and left us some lovely fruit and wine ! Internet was fast and even though the weather was windy for some of the time, we were able to sit in different alfresco areas and hide from the wind . Pisa Livadi is a short walk to 6 or 8 restaurant/ bars . Beds were comfortable and bed linen and towels were very high quality .

Not much....one bed was a bit hard...but that is to be seen individually ;-)

The property is well known to us as we have stayed there several times a year for six years. We know the location very well and have visited the island for 35 years.

Booking.com are very difficult to deal with compared to the previous agents. It is not possible to see what dates the property is available meaning you have to spend ages entering dates until you find a vacancy. Why cannot the web site show when the property is actually available?

The best place we have ever been. The house is spectacular, right next to an amazing beach and walking distance from everything you need (bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ..). And Manolis was the perfect host. We really hope to be back soon.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property is very well situated being within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Piso Livadi yet it is set back and private. The house is well proportioned and laid out. The rooms were well furnished as was the garden area with lovely seating areas and cooking facilities. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would be very happy to return.

No issues with the property

The house is absolutely amazing. Very well equipped, right on the beach, beautiful and very clean! Such nice welcome by the owners who are available to answer any questions or solve any issues. We really.loved our stay and highly recommend that you rent this house!
