The apartment is perfect, just like in the pictures! The view is simply fabulous! The owner is very kind and sent all the information about the accommodation in advance and also the contact details of a lady who is available if you need anything. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The accommodation is perfect for 4 people, fully equipped and spacious. Perfect value for money. And that's not even mentioning the view! The location of the house is great, 2 minutes from the house is the bus stop for the bus (number 11) which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes. There are free billiard table available on the salon.

Great apartment to stay. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The staff (Malgorzata) is very friendly and very quickly resolved all the issues that arose. The most important thing is just a super impressive view from the window (excellent panorama of the mountains). It's worth going there just for that. Highly recommend to visit.

The place is located a bit away from the main places of activity. Therefore, it will not be very convenient for travelers without a car. Sometimes there are issues with electricity, but this is quickly resolved by the owners.

Too small for 2 adults and 3 childrens Beds were not comfortable

The view from apartment was amazing! Wanted to stay in terrace all the time (even no need to go to mountains :). Place is very quiet, cozy. A place for small kids to play in 20 meters. There is a small food shop in 200 meters, a restaurant in 50 meters. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff.

Kichen zone quite small, no place to dry dishes washed by hands (but there was dishwasher). No good knifes and potato peeler :) Not too much activities in Cyrcla district (but there is a bus stop or possible to drive to Zakopane in 10 min by car). Was a bit difficult to find, the entrance to the building is from Tatra hotel side.

There was no internet, Wi-Fi. When we complained to the hostess that we did not and we had to work, we received an unacceptable answer: we have had a problem for a long time and if you need internet buy a web card in the center. Several times during our stay corks jumped that heat the water in the middle of the shower and we had to be instructed by the hostess to go up a few floors and arrange it. The bed is noisy and uncomfortable. Which crossed the line that two days after we left the hostess started sending messages with pictures of a cracked window in one of the rooms in the hotel (do not know if this is our room at all) and started claiming we broke and did not report and escaped the day before the scheduled check out (which is not true at all. After we have announced that we are leaving)

Great view and location, stylish, enough space

Hot water from time to time is switching off, had to go upstairs to switch on. Rest is ok 👍
