The hosts were accomodating,helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was quiet but near all the Maya beach amenities.

There was nothing I felt negatively about.

The best thing about the property was the privacy and the lovely garden location! You could be entirely independent and cook your own food using the fully equipped kitchen, or you could head out to nearby restaurants. You could also relax outside in the peaceful garden area and watch the wildlife. I would especially recommend this property for those who are remote working or need some peace during their holiday or trip.

It was close to all amenities - restaurants, shops - but far enough from the main road so you did not hear the traffic. The apartment had everything we needed. We sat outside every day enjoying the sun and nature - lots of different birds, iguanas, agoutis and the odd racoon. The lagoon was just 50 yards away, were we spotted some manatees. The public beach was just down the road - 5 minute walk. Overall an excellent stay

Amazingly friendly hosts, who went above and beyond to help us out! The photos don’t do the apartment justice - it’s big, and the bathroom is so lovely and new. Amazing wildlife spotting from your front door also!

Location wise just prepare to use taxis or rent a golf cart if you don’t have a car.

This place is a little out of the way from Placencia, but it’s well worth it. Nicely organized and decorated. The hosts are helpful and attentive. The yard is always full of birds, ocasional raccoons and permanent agoutis. Well appointed kitchen with all you need. Nice air conditioned and of course close access to the quaint beach town of Placencia. Do not miss a meal at Omar’s and Bone Fish. My wife and I took the Monkey River Tour, drove to Cockscomb Reserve and hung around at the beach. All awesome activities recommended by the host. Great place to stay in Placencia!

A little far from city center

Great apartment, we especially loved the visits from the raccoons and the agoutis. It's quite a trek into Placencia village, but staying local suited us well.
