Good view. Clean and peaceful. Very good and courteous staff of housekeeping, restaurant chingari, , breakfast staff and also field staff. Very good soothing excellent view. Comfortable and relaxing

Location, very far from city centre- and surprisingly a very expensive 5-star hotel like it doesnot even have a concierge services for the taxi. They dont even have their own car which can be hired. Disappointing. If you dont have a car or from outstation traveller like me, then you dont have anything to do but to roam around the property as the hotel cannot arrange any taxi of their own - and the local taxi numbers provided by them are useless

Everything! The place is very scenic (even in the rains) and the staff is very courteous and helpful. We wanted a cake and they got the cake plus did some very nice decorations in the room. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Cleaning and maintaining tough site in that weather

The customer-facing staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The Spa was pleasant, again with great service and options. Room service was prompt. In particular Niraj was a very familiar face throughout our stay and always helpful and polite (however everyone we were served by was excellent, I’m not too good with names!).

The first room we were put into was dirty. Dead mosquitoes on the floor, dust on countertops. Parts missing from the bath-over-shower. Mould everywhere (curtains, bedside lampshade, shower seals). We promptly asked to be moved to an alternate room. Again, staff were very helpful and immediately moved us to a different room, which had many similar issues (less mould but still present in the bathroom blinds, shower seals, and possibly the headboard of the bed - strong smell when in bed). The AC did not work and showed an error code CH04. We called out maintenance staff late at night to fix this, however the problem persisted (this was on our last night and it was too late to call them out again so we did not raise this again). The Wi-Fi in our second room did not work, and was replaced with a dongle with very poor and intermittent internet connection. The toilet flush also broke on the final morning of our stay. I raised the above issues with the reception team and manager at checkout, however we were not offered any refund.

Fantastic property with lots of options in and around the facility. rooms were clean and buggy service was a boon. breakfast and evening tea options were definitely helpful. Spread during breakfast was awesome

Room size was average. Locks on washroom door were missing. Although I didn't complain - pretty sure it would have gotten fixed. I did mention the same at checkout and it was taken in as feedback.
