Kabalana Villa exceeded all expectations. The lush tropical surroundings and elegant architecture immediately set a tranquil tone. The staff's warmth and efficiency added a personal touch to our stay. Our suite was not only spacious but also tastefully decorated, offering a perfect balance of modern luxury and traditional charm. The culinary experience was exceptional, with a diverse menu showcasing local flavours. Have a good unlimited fibre internet facility all throughout the property and its free. Food is really tasty and very fresh. You won’t disappoint. Without a doubt, Kabalana Villa provides a refined escape, ensuring an unforgettable retreat for anyone seeking indulgence and serenity.

Breakfast was amazing, lot of varieties, more selection, very calm location, very close to the kabalana surfing beach less than 200 miters💞💪

dirty curtains, colonies of black and red ants and a cocoroach (alive!) in the glass of serviettes. the locatioon is really 'at the middle of nowhere' - far from the beach, the beach is poor and wild, no groceries and shops around, nothing at all. we have checked out after one night despite the booking was for four nights, and the manager have declined to give us money for three nights back

The pool area was really comfy, you could be in the shades. The breakfast was perfect- lot of fresh fruits, really tasty omelette and toasts with coffee. The staff were really friendly and funny. After 3 nights staying, we called Kabalana Villa our "home in Sri Lanka". We had so much fun with staff, the owner and other quests. The restaurant wast quiet, but the grilled fish, we had there, was perfect and the best in Sri Lanka. We had really fun Goodbye Party, organized by owner and staff 😁. We really miss the life in Kabalana and we`re certainly going back in next season. Anyway... Go have fun in Kabalana Villa, start conversations with the owner and staff and you will not regret it. After very short time they will be come your Sri Lankan friends. We really miss you 😄✌️

Great location, away from the noisy road. Very pleasant garden with Mango trees and a nice clean swimming pool.
