The kitchen's window lock system was broken. 2. Very could in appartament, heating system is not work properly and heating centrale was unsafe with improvisations. 3. The doorknob broken 4. Not trash baskets in bathrooms. 5. Bathrooms cleaned improperly and missing sealing around of the bathroom accessories. 6. Missing communication with apartament owner. His attitude when we communicated the problems was very unprofessional: he told us around 7pm to leave the flat

honestly, we prefer modern and cozy and this did not tick that box. also put off as dishes were still dirty and we had to wash some for use.

This is a great location in a large apartment. The apartment was very spacious, had excellent heat options (too cold for AC while we were there so can't comment) and a complete kitchen. (We didn't do any cooking, but did use kitchen for continental breakfast and snacks. It looked like we could have cooked) Ronda is just outside your door. There is a Dia grocery store a block away. Parking is off site, but we knew that and didn't mind. If you want to be right in the center of Ronda, you need to expect to park in a nearby parking garage. There is no long term street parking that close in. We were thankful for the spot in the garage. There was good directions on how to get there.

We had issues with the hot water. We tried contacting host with no response. After a day of not hearing from them, my husband figured out how to re-boot the system. Water pressure is low (not much a host can do about that) but at least we did not have to heat water to wash up like we did the first day. This would not be a problem if the host left instructions on how to fix this if it happens to you.

We stayed here because parking was included. Good location. Large apartment and a good heater. The WiFi worked well.

Very little water pressure in the shower and the faucets. The water wasn’t quite hot enough. There were some small ants in the kitchen so we had to put everything in the refrigerator. The bed was very saggy.

Great Location, apartment is really spacious, clean, all facilities available, quite convenient for families. I can recomend this place for some days off in Ronda.

Parking lot is four blocks from apartment, takes 10 minutes walk apx. Please be aware police not allow to parking in front of the building to drop off the baggage. Check in was difficult, host did not provide information on time, interaction with owner was really poor, he did not provide information how to use facilities. Hot water must be activated manually and is quite limited.

The apartment is huge and full of light, in a very central location. It is quite and comfortable.

The standard of the apartment is not tip top, but it is good value for the money I payed

What we loved the most are the exceptional views from the apartment. Don’t forget to open the kitchen windows to see the sun sink behind the hills. From your bedroom you can admire the sunrise. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment has a private free parking 4 min walk from the location.

We arrived before 3 pm and the welcome could have been a bit more friendly. We understand that the apartment was just in the cleaning but I would expect a bit more understanding for a tired traveller. Instead of saying - I sent you email that you can check from 3 pm, we could hear: “ the room is not ready, but leave your staff, park the car and get a lunch before setting in, no problem with early arrival” This took some pushing to get a key to park a car. Another strange thing was : no warm water in the house at all. Cold shower this morning.

Uncomplicated parking, place close to center, owner super friendly, easy to reach, gave us tips for great non touristic restaurant.

Very nice host, carpark is underground about 5min walk but it’s included. Spacious living room, comfortable bed (a bit too soft but that’s my preference). Heating and AC. Kitchen very basic, no wine glasses or any seasoning (salt). We have it all but it could be nice to have basic. no cereal bowls. Washing machine and oven is a big plus. Very clean. Recommended!

Secured parking included. Right next to the main shopping street. Large Apartement, 2 large bedrooms, 2 wc. We visited in February, in a very last minute decision. The Apartement was warm and cosy. Nothing extravagant but all you need. This time it was just the two of us but it would have been perfect with the kids!

The town is beautiful and the views are exceptional. The flat is perfectly situated. Everything was as described and we were very pleased with our stay.

Our only complaint was that the flat was cold when we arrived. But after we got the heating working, we were perfectly comfortable.
