despite price per night, the hotel charges for mini bar which is odd for such a expensive outlet - also breakfast not included for a almost $800 per night stay

i staed for 4 dayes , first two dayes i was entring the moon launge , on the thierd day i was not allowed becuse dressing code!! whering the same dress as before . the proplem is that staff were not honest by telling me that the code is applicable all the time.

one of the staff in the reception (marlynne) i came from the swimming area and asked her for a key to get into my room and she asked for my id and I told her I dont have my id with me she said to me she cant give me a key until i have my id so i told her to ask her colleague next to her because she knows me and she refused to ask her colleague!! when i asked the other staff if they have my id on the system they said yes!! so i want to know why she refused to serve and help me?! why she didn’t try to take a look at my id in the system?! what is her problem with me?! i really need to know i need an answer!
