Location is great, a lot of tries, beautiful color of the sea, no people - really quiet and peaceful place. Rocks where you can sleep and enjoy sun, but still with easy access for kids to enjoy the sea. Also small stone beach available. It is 50m far from the accomodation - and 100 to the beach. Fish for snorchling - fantastic. Very good conditions for diving - 100m from beach - about 25 and more metres. Accomodation is modern and comfy enough, however kitchen is small - but for week stay - ok enough. Great is swimming pool with sun benches, most of the day shadowless - so it is great for kids and for everyone who wants to enjoy sun and shadow in one. We also used every day stone grill. Shopping possibility is in Vrboska - 15-20min easy walk through forest/gardens (you can use also bicycles) - and it is easy to buy really everything needed. Very good ice-creams and also many restaurants. If you have kids - you can go to camping - where is aquapark on see - jumping style what kids and teenagers love - it costs about 50 HR/hour or 90/ half day. Take toilet paper with you - it is not included. If you are looking for really private place, close to the sea, shadow, fantastic clear deep blue water - you should not miss this place. (last - we used ferry from Split - it takes 2 hours). From Stari Grad it takes 10 minutes to this vila.

We were ok with it, but you can be surprised that air condition is only in the living room - so other rooms are hot a bit. Because it you travel in 6 - 2 people sleeps in the living room - and they can become sick because of AC - if others wants to cool other rooms also. But we are not using AC - only during day for a moment - so it was ok. Also be ready that trash bins are 1.5km far from the accomodation - it is better to go by car or bicycle.
