Just the location is good. Also, the landlord helped with a small glitch related to the house. That's it..
Although I mentioned it for cleaning almost 1 month before coming to the apartment, the apartment was not clean. There was cobweb and dust, hair everywhere. There is an extra 20 euro cleaning fee for the reservation. He definitely doesn't deserve this. There was a constant stench from the toilet. The doors of the rooms make an incredible noise, they do not close. I had to stay because my time was limited. I would definitely not recommend staying here! Nothing bad happened with the owner. But this is definitely not a place to rent.

Location was perfect, center of the city near Skadirlija. Apartment was very clean and cosy and it has everything needed to make your own food. Love it 😀 ...host was awesome and very tending, fast reply to any help needed...
I didn't mind it at all but apartment was on the third floor and in the mornings, there were children yelling as the school is beside the building but didn't mind any of it...if you are a night owl, sleeping in would be a problem...for me personally, I liked hearing children playing in the schoolyard 🥰

Great location, very clean and great communication with the owner. it’s great that it had AC and excellent Wifi speed.
the kitchen window needs shutter blinds. the light coming through it in the early hours of the morning straight towards the bed is annoying.

Great location with a pure clean flat and comfortable beds
You shall climb stairs which is unpleasant especially with luggage but it’s okay considering everything else is flawless

Fantastic stay, local area is great. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all we expected. Very friendly host. If we should return we would definitely stay there again !

The apartment is located just at a right walkable distance to the city centre and close by to a ton of restraunts, bars & markets. The owners were amazing and provided us with all the knowledge we required about the city and facility. I loved our stay and did feel safe & comfortable out there.
Definitely recommending it to friends and family! 😊

It's located in the heart of Belgrade. Lots of Bars and Restaurants are nearby. All the main sights of Belgrade are good to reach from the apartment. The owners are very helpful and the communication was perfect.

Location is great. Apartment is at the center of the all touristic atraction points of city. Apartment was so clean and got all needs. The owner of the apartment is incredibly hospitable. He was so helpful. He gave detailed information about places to visit in the city and places that are not known to tourists but loved by locals. Thanks for all. I will visit Belgrade again and i will choose this apartment to stay. Thanks for all.

Awesome location; everything you need is close, and you can get by walking to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. The host is very kind and helpful. Place was clean and warm and has the most comfortable beds. This is my second time coming here and I'll be back for sure.

Nice apartment for groups, location..
High price for cleaning, its ok if you pay 15e for cleaning if you stay in apartment more nights, but for just 1 night it is much, it can be little regulated. In shower it would be good if there is a shampoo or shower gel.
