Good location with views overlooking the mountains. Handy garage parking below the apartments with elevator access. Good size and space in the apartment. The area tourist tax facilitated by the host, worked well to be able to access free public transport. We enjoyed a trip to Salzburg.

The building is undergoing renovations so the ground floor is not inviting. The key pick up and parking procedures were a bit complicated despite good instructions from the host. Some of the kitchen utensils and implements were old and could do with organising and replacing, others like the kettle, were of good quality. Seating in the lounge area seemed old worn. Use of automatic air fresheners was a bit over powering as we arrived.

The rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with beautiful mountain views. The landlord was very helpful and gave us a lot of help when we were in trouble. Both Salzburg and Lake Konig are easily accessible by car or via free transport. The apartment has an elevator to the underground parking garage, and parking is very convenient.

The property is well located, safe and secure, has plenty of space and has everything you need for a short stay. Also great views of the mountains and a nice open balcony. We stayed there as a base for our trip to the Eagles Nest and nearby Salzburg. The host (Markus) was very helpful and great to deal with. It was very quiet there and we hardly saw anyone else in the apartment block during our stay.

The only challenge was that we desperately needed a washing machine for our laundry after a week on the road. The apartment had a shared laundry with a washer and a dryer on each floor, however, I had to try 4 different floors before I could find one that was working. And the washer and dryer are coin operated so we needed to find an ATM to get euros and a friendly gas station to give is the 50c coins we needed to operate the washer.

One of the best place where we had ever been. Wonderful view, good location to visit all nice places nearby. Clean rooms and everything what you need during your stay. Very operative registration. Good place to leave a car. Absolutely recommend!

Would be nice to get a shampoo and a shower gel.
