Breakfast was fine and though basic the accommodation and everything else was fine too.
The only thing really was the outside appearance of the front of the premises - badly in need of painting as it gives a poor first impression

The Hotel got burnt down. Unsuitable. Ruined my life. Looking for something to do but received a mail telling me Hotel is burnt down, so I had to look elsewhere.
Same as above, fire everywhere, burned to ashes, so good job I wasn’t there cos I would have died cos I is deaf and dumb man. Can’t hear fire alarm.

Friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and a very comfortable bed. Great wee bar.
Parking was limited but that was no fault of the property as the public had took it upon themselves to use the free parking.

Filthy. Poor access through dirty back stairs full of cigarette butts. Noisy. March tool place outside window. Very noisy drunken people outside window at night. Worst accommodation I can recall for years.

The location is in the heart of the town. There are many good restaurants around to buy food from. The staff is great. The breakfast is fantastic. Kudos to Helen one of the staff members. She's is great with visitors.
Room 6 should have been cleaner. The main door to the guest house should have had a lock.

It was a lovely stay as the room and facilities were in good order. Lovely breakfasts provided each morning and the staff were very welcoming. We had a nice and relaxing stay.
The only that would have been nice, would be if there was a mini fridge in the room for cold drinks etc. Would have been a nice touch.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the breakfast was delicious especially after a few very refreshing pints with nice staff and costumers

Lovely room far exceeded expectations for the price. Good location and excellent staff who made us feel very welcome. Will certainly book again. Very nice.

I enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast was excellent. I was only there one night so did not explore too much but do like the area of the Sperrins.
I do not have any issues with the property.
