I can’t describe how incredible the hotel is, but more importantly the team that run it. Erica and her team provided us with soya coffees and vegan croissants kindly for breakfast. They were all kind, fun and so welcoming. Thank you for having us xx

Very nice location direct to the lake and very clean and large room, garden is beautiful and the host is very friendly. The breakfast was great sweet and savory, enough and lot of choices.

Everything- Hosts were amazing . Rooms were exceptional - very clean with great outdoor sitting area and walking distance to lake and . restaurants !

The owners are really nice and helpful. The place is right across the lake (no own facilities at the lake, you can rent an umbrella and beds for around €12,- a day at multiple beach rentals). The Guest House looks great and neat and has a restaurant with a small (lunch) menu for during the day. There are enough restaurants in the area and the centre of Trevignano Romano is only 15 minutes by foot. If you wanna go to Rome we recommend to drive to Bracciano (15 min.) and hop on the train (1.5 hour). There is even a free parking place behind the station, on the other side of the railroad. The breakfast is okay, and mostly very sweet.

The rooms / beds were very noisy. In the evening we could listen to whole conversations of our neighbors and during the night we heard them snoring, not ideal. There is no (small) fridge on the room, with those high temperatures it would have been more than welcome.

The owners are extremely kind and helpful! They assisted us with a flat tire, and took care of us very well, the breakfast was plentiful and services, great :))

The hostess, Erica, is excellent and has a deft touch with her guests. The location on the lakeside is ideal, far enough away from the town centre, but close enough to allow a leisurely stroll before and post evening adventures! The position by the lake also allows for very easy access to the water which is ideal for us as keen paddle boarders; Erica even allows us to store all our kit in her own “village hall” that is part of Skipper White. The site is also popular with sub aqua clubs. The rooms are simply furnished with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom; there is even a small fridge which is clearly very useful in the spring/summer months. Highly recommended.
