Hotel staff were very helpful in advance of arrival in sorting out a change of booking. Location is excellent and having parking was a bonus. Rooms lovely and spotless. Food in restaurant was excellent.

We booked the suite and absolutely loved it. So luxurious and spacious. The location was ideal walking distance to all the shops. The food at the hotel restaurant was lovely too.

Slightly pricier the other hotels we stayed in over our 7 day touring holiday.

Breakfast was lovely. Porridge was a great option. We actually had our evening meal there also and it was beautiful. The staff were top-notch also. Only drawback was lack of parking but there is nothing the hotel could do about that due to location in the centre of the town.

Exceptional customer service from all staff. Breakfast was great, good service and very high quality foods on offer.

More plug sockets at the side of the bed - the only thing I could think of to improve!

Alfies restaurant was fantastic from the decor to the staff to the selection of food, great selection and everything we ordered was superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful and had a great atmosphere in the whole hotel and so central to everything.Our room was so comfortable and clean, great night's sleep. Couldn't find a single fault with our stay cannot wait to come back again soon.

Everything I couldn't fault it from it's location to how clean it is. The art work and pictures are beautiful every detail considered. The staff helpful and very friendly went out of their way to go that little extra. Highly recommend. A little jewel in Tralee.

While going in/Out front door got accosted by Ukrainian asking me to pay his bills and others just hanging about front door and would not move out of way

Everything! it’s a beautiful hotel and very clean. loved the atmosphere. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. my son and I traveled all over the southwest part of Ireland and this was one of my favorite places. I would highly recommend
