They are really attentive and helpful with all my needs, would like to be there again if back to Tarapoto city for another time.

The accommodation is very pleasant, the interior is just fantastic including a beautiful small garden where also the breakfast is served, the owner and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful (connection to our next travel destination was perfectly organized in a few minutes), the rooms are very spacious with a nice view, absolutely clean and convenient (air condition provided), the breakfast is excellent, taken together: top value for money

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. Rooms are spacious, bathroom was well equipped and the internet worked perfectly.

It was a bit far from the city center, but it is very easy to get a moto taxi and the location allows you to enjoy a peaceful and restful night of sleep.

Loved my stay! Perfect for a solo traveler. Had an outdoors space which was locked and felt very safe. Was nice to sit on the roof and see the city without leaving the hostel. Would definitely recommend to solo travelers who don’t want to be holed up in a small room and want some more space.

Very friendly owners, they went out of their way to help and provide relevant information. Family residence feel. Quiet street, this is essential as in downtown Tarapoto "good luck resting/sleeping" because too much noise from mototaxis. No noise at Custodia. You need yoghurt? a wine ? anything else? Two blocks away (4 min walk) there is the largest supermarket of Tarapoto open till very late. Custodia kindly invites you to use kitchen utensils, the fridge, filtered water : we felt at home and we will be back. Thank you "Custodia". As a reference for mototaxis, cite "a la espalda de Urbanizacion Fonavi", or also, "cruce Morales con Avenida Lima". Enjoy!!

All OK. At one point, somebody forgot to change the towels and add a toilet roll, but a quick request solved this.

I just recommend this place. And nice owners.
