Amina at the reception was brillant, so gracious and helpful she organised everything for us and made our trip so much more better. Our room as the entier Riad was very clean and so beautiful.

Lovely staff, gorgeous courtyard, great views from roof terrace. Hotel feel rather than family-run riad. Room beautifully decorated. Beds on harder side but no problem for us.

The riad gives an immediate feeling of being overwhelmed by all the splendor of the interior. Room was very nice and staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Riad very nice and clean, in a good position to visit the city. staff really kind: we had to leave very early in the morning and they prepare out breakfast in advance.

there usa very nice terrace that unfortunately was not very comfortable to use, it could be more looked after so guests could actually enjoy it more

Very beautiful and comfort Riad right in the historical centre (Medina) of the Meknes. But! Be careful, the traffic in Medina is absolut chaotic and it's very difficult to find the parking.

The place is very nice and clean. The location is in the city center, close to the market and Bab Mansour

There is no reception in the evening?! We ordered tea at half past eleven and sat in Riyadh to enjoy until the worker there asked us to leave the place and go to sleep!! And she turned off all the lights, it was not a respectful behavior on the part of this worker who left us, and the owners of the hostel are very nice, they fixed the situation

They do not change linen or clean room unless you asked . unfortunately they did not tell earlier

The ambiance and detailed architecture is mind blowing and SO deceiving from the outside. it’s a hidden gem and it’s absolutely stunning when you walk in through the doors. The rooms were a good size and the cleanliness was obvious.

no irons and some staff don’t speak any English

The Riad was great and the provided service was awesome. We met the owner on market and got good price for carpet from his friend. Higly recommend!
