The view from the dining room and the facilities were modern.

The "no, no" signs exhibited everywhere. "Dont do this, dont do that". We understand they might have had bad experiences in the past, but they could find a more diplomatic way to write them. It didn't give us a good feeling about the owner of the hotel.

You pay almost $100 a night and you do NOT have INTERNET anywhere in the hotel + an extremely POOR BREAKFEST etc.

This is very nice hotel and value for money. Nice room like 4* hotel. Check in process was good. Great locations too.

I don't like the check out time which is too early at 10am. Normally hotel check out time is 11am or 12noon.

Location was very good - easy to walk to the town. Excellent breakfast facilities with a good choice and an amazing view!

Room was rather small and had non-existant sound insulation (a problem we encountered at other hotels in Argentina!). At one point we thought our TV had turned itself on but it was actually the neighbour’s. We had to ask for more bedding as there was only a sheet to begin with (in Ushuaia in the Autumn??!).

Great location - 2 blocks from the main street San Martin.

Small room

Nice position in the city. Polite staff and clean and nice room. But Zero internet on our floor, we have to go in the hall to use it and breakfast was basic like in a Hostel. my vote is 7.

no internet on floor 4 even if I told it in the reception about it.

Great breakfast (+amazing views from the breakfast room!), perfect location, clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Inconsistent wifi & inconsistent rooms. - Wifi: If you need to use Zoom, I would go to one of the great cafes within a 5 min walk. - Rooms: I stayed here 2 nights prior to an Antarctica trip and one night after the trip. My first room was on an upper floor and fantastic and quiet, the room on the second stay was on the ground floor and horrible. I could hear everything from the surrounding rooms (conversation, snoring, TV, etc) and I would have asked to switch rooms but it was only for one night so couldn't be bothered.

great staff - excellent English and very helpful. An excellent location, close to all amenities.

Walls were paper thin. I could hear and understand every word in the rooms on both sides of me!
