Maria is a great host and her apartment is perfectly located in São Miguel.

We got a very warm welcome from the Maria's sister and her husband. They were very helpful and provided us with a lot of information about the island. Maria also texted us during our stay to check if everything was ok. We appreciated this and all the facillities and cleanliness of the appartment a lot!

+ The apartment was very well equipped and very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen was the most equipped I have stayed so far (kitchen paper, scissors, table cloth). The cleanliness was impeccable. The bathrooms renovated.

- Considering the level of humidity and fresh temperatures, heating wouldn't be a luxury, especially for the bathroom. We used the room drier to dry our towels and bathing suits - impossible otherwise. Towels were smelling humidity.

Care and thought was taken in preparation for visitors. Quality all around. And, you can tell that there is a womans touch.

Nothing. Every detail thought of.

Near city center, shops, restaurants - nearby. Neighborhood very calm (the loudest sound was barkling the neighbor's dog;)). Apartment has everything we needed durning stay (especially household appliances). Owner was very kind and helpful. Parking always available and free. We enjoyed resting there after full day trips.

We stayed 7 nights. The house has everything you need. Good communication with the owner via Whatsup but we've never met the owner.
