understaffed and overcharged for a bottle of wine. The breakfast wasn’t great, the poached egg tasted like washing up liquid.

They delivered a breakfast basket every morning around 8am which was lovely. Lovely selection of food which changes every day. The treehouse was secluded and very big! Super luxury! Big comfy bed and awesome spa bath!

There are no food options after 4.30pm, so you will have to go out for dinner. Not a criticism of this retreat, but Mount Tamborine also is not very walking friendly for anyone coming who doesn’t have a car. You will struggle to find alternative transport and some areas do not have any walking paths.

This place is absolutely amazing! great stay

Everything was top class. The location is close to Tamborine shops, yet in a hidden pocket of the rainforest, so quiet and peaceful. The room was new, modern, clean with heaps of room, huge windows facing the forest. Large spa bath. Excellent air conditioning, gas fireplace, comfortable bed along with free room wifi. Staff were amazing and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning delivered topped off the 5 star experience.

Maybe they could add some more lighting in the walkways to the cabins, some areas needed a torch.

Front start to finish we loved our stay. What a stunning place to stay. To the staff welcoming us, to the bungalow, to the beautiful spa bath, to the warming fire, to the surroundings & the tranquillity.

Nothing, The weather was a little rainy at times but thats out of anyones control.

Couple of items needed repairs but staff were very receptive to my feedback.

Location, lovely room

included breakfasts were not up to scratch, I would expect them to be much better. we got cold croissants one morning, no condiments another, overall it is definitely the one area they need to improve.

I loved the fruit and oatmeal or whatever it's called, hubby loved the crossonts and fritttata's, Love the location and lots to do around the area but most of all hubby really loved the spa bath looking out that big windows into the rainforest 😃

There wasn't really anything we didn't like

The breakfast was quite basic and my wife who is coeliac did not get good quality gluten free options

A microwave in the room, and a sharp knife and chopping would be very helpful.

The breakfast was good and included things that we liked, The tranquil location. The service provided by the staff. That the pathway leading to the accomadation was undercover. The size of the room.

I do not see why breakfast cannot be available in the restaurant as is the normal. (It might be delivered to your room due to Covid 19 restrictions). The parking was not undercover. There did not appear to be a shower cap provided. The bathroom was staring to look a bit tired. There was a cobweb hanging and the grout needed cleaning in places. When we had dinner there was no SWEET sparkling wine in stock and we don't drink normal still wine.
