La atención fue muy buena, la ubicación excelente y el desayuno también.
La cocina por debajo estaba sucia de comida de otros huéspedes y la ducha era el propio baño se llenaba todo de agua. Eso regular. Y el aire acondicionado parecía estar bastante sucio.

Limpio , el personal del desayuno amable y el desayuno bueno
Sobrevalorado en Booking: esta viejo, decadente, las sabanas son pequeñas para la cama por lo que duermes en el colchón, el baño no tiene plato de ducha, es una estancia junto con el inodoro y de paso el agua se cuela por debajo de la puerta hacia la habitación.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ok.
Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar ist zweckmäßig zusammengewürfelt.
Das Badezimmer und die kleine Küche waren nicht sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist bis auf einen Topf und zwei Weingläser nicht vorhanden.
Auf unserer Tour durch Albanien haben wir immer zwei Nächte in verschiedenen Hotels und Städten übernachtet. Immer haben wir in einer ähnlichen Preiskategorie gebucht.
Das war definitiv das Schlechteste.
Auf der Frühstücks Terasse riecht es nach Kloake.

Foto e descrizione non rappresentano la realtà bagno senza piatto doccia neanche la luce sullo specchio norme di sicurezza inesistenti prese tutte bruciate dai corti circuiti Acqua sui cavi nei bagni soffione anni 30 allagamento durante la doccia porta riparata alla meglio tende sporche armadi rotti letti da discarica ,non accettano pagamenti con carta anche se scritto su booking ho dovuto pagare 15 euro di commissioni per prelevare cash non rilasciano ricevute . Giardino abbandonato nessuna scritta che indicasse la struttura formiche da pertutto.stoviglie inesistenti anche se non le avrei mai usate.Unico consiglio stateci alla larga .

This is a small retro villa with a nice garden. You'll feel at home if you don't rush around, but appreciate the quiet, the calm, the slow pace. We appreciate this quietness, because we hate big hotels and were looking for exactly this kind of quiet accommodation, like Villa Nertili. It was recommended by a dear friend of ours who had been here before. We enjoyed our stay here too. The staff is extremely calm so you will be calm too, soon. Villa Nertili will be the centre of your relaxation. But remember! Other parts of Ksamil are crowded and busy. But you can also buy everything you need in the small supermarkets of Ksamil. Ask around in the shops and use the Google Translate app everywhere, but it's better to download it to your phone in advance and use your own language and Albanian translator offline. If you don't, show pictures of what you want. They help you with everything in the shops, and they are mind-readers, they are attentive everywhere. And there are lots of money changers. Read the reviews of Ksamil restaurants before you go in! Don't bring anything here! Everything is here! Come to Ksamil! But don't miss Saranda. Thanks for everything: Villa Nertili staff.

Location was great because it's not far by foot from the main street but still you don't get the noise of the cars running all night long

Villa Nertilli is situated within ten minutes walk of the Ksamil beaches. At the end of a long day it is nice not to be situated too near to the noisy beach bars and Villa Nertilli is very peaceful! We stayed at the hotel for six nights and were provided with clean towels, bedding and toilet tissue on a regular basis. Breakfast is different every day and freshly cooked. Villa Nertilli also has a little cafe where you can purchase coffee and cold drinks. The staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming! They even arranged a taxi for our onward journey to Gjirokaster.

Great and tasty breakfast with cofee, bread, omlette, eggs it depends of a day. Quiet location with a shoop near by. ten minutes by foot to the centre or to the beach. Friendly and helpful owner who greeted us with joy every day.

Beautiful house on a good location, not far from the main beaches in town. The owners and other staff very friendly and very kindness. Rooms cleaned daily, ,the bed is very comfortable and breakfast served on time in beautiful garden.

Most lovely and friendly host. Only a short (5-7min) walk to the beach and price- quality definitely recommended! It’s far enough from the beach to not be disturbed by the loud music played by some bars. AC and good coffee.

It was weird that next morning the stuff brought to my attention that we were too loud bc there were children. First that isnt a Kindergarden, second really we weren't loud... Just some talk around 2am but no music no screaming, no shouting, no drinking

The rooms we stayed were quite big, with everything you may need during your stay in Ksamil: all necessary for minikitchen in the room, towels, in the bathroom starting from toilet paper, till shampoo and soap. A good wifi, parking in front of the house. Very good for those who are traveling with children. Also you have a good view on the see on the terace on the second floor. Air conditioning and a lot of flowers. The breakfast was tasty and enough for an adult. The host was very nice and helped us everytime when we needed. Strongly recommend for staying here in your holidays.

The house is in a quiet location. We had a large balcony with a view of the town. There was a simple but good breakfast in the garden.

The staff was very accommodating and usually tried their best! When I asked if they had an umbrella I could take to a secluded beach they went out of their way to arrange one for me, which was so so sweet!! The rooms were really big as was the bathroom. Breakfast was simple but nice and for that price top!!
There were a few hick-ups that can happen but some could have been avoided. The towels and sheets were not completely clean or had stains that probably don't wash out anymore but then they should have just been thrown out. I changed my room because of a sewage problem and my room was pretty smelly (but those things happen) and I stayed two nights and only had WiFi for the first night which was a bit annoying since I am trying to plan my next stays etc. and the staff did not really seem apologetic but more like "well, not our problem" (since it was apparently something the town had to fix) but still, maybe trying to offer solutions etc. (Other than that the staff was really great and sweet!)

The room was clear and had everything we needed like towels, soap etc. The owner was kind and give us details how to get to the bus. The bus station to Saranda is close, to restaurants it's about 10min by walk. Nice view from balcony and we liked music during the breakfast

The beach is very close, the water is heaven and i think way better then in Greece. Room was very clean, they clean every day when you are not inside. They change new sheets and towels. Breakfast was acceptable and like a gratis in this vila.
The internet was a little slow and sometimes way to slow, i think becouse the villa was full
