Beautiful surroundings and spacious cabin

Such a beautiful setting with acres of bush to explore. The tidal 'creek' was great for fishing/kayaking and skate park for the teenagers there while there were facilities like the trampoline, and duck pond and other birds to entertain younger ones. As "oldies" we just enjoyed the quietness and setting and didn't even get the chance to fully explore all on offer.

The water pressure (hot water) in the shower was very limited

Surroundings

A delightful place, tucked away in private setting. We had cabin 1 which was very cosy with an old world charm and beautiful woodwork. The park is near the highway but we didnt hear any noise, it's a beautiful bush setting with lots of birdlife. We wished we could've stayed longer. Carolyn is a friendly helpful host.

Location was lovely. Great being able to have my dog. Nice and quiet.

Some storage shelves for food in the kitchen would be great. The design of the cabin is a bit awkward.

Quiet and private accommodation friendly staff

Hard to find the entrance could have had clearer signage.

1. The cabin was cosy and rustic. 2. I was allowed to bring my dog. 3. The heating was good. 4. The TV was good. 5. The cabin was homelike.

1. The bed was saggy and squeaked. 2. The lighting was poor. 3. There was no shelf for the suitcase. 4. There was no bathmat and the bath floor was slippery. 5. I would have preferred a pop-up toaster.

Showers were stained & dirty, Sticky lolly on bedding, mouldy & musky smell..
