The staff were excellent, from checking-in in later than expected to vacating later the next morning. The meals were great value for money. "Old Style" Pub meals. Clean & Fresh - look to be newlky renovated to the old feel colours of an 1887 Pub.

Porbably to find a fault. No breakfast, which merans a walk about 30mtrs to one of TWO CAFES or 100mtrs to Pete's Bakery aroudn the corner.

No cutlery supplied and only two cups no saucers and two glasses, oretty poorly equipped given the rate charged. Staff at book in were offhand not welcoming

It was fantastic!! Next year when we come back there will be 2 couples and request the other end with own bathrooms and toilets!

too dear for a shared bathroom, and too close to the train line and freight trains for a good night sleep. drop the price per night due to these issues and it would be worth staying there again

Very overpriced for the quality of room and conditions. Very basic room. Above pub with music until 11pm. That's ok but should be cheaper

The shower rooms seemed clean, as did the toilets. The hot water was indeed hot. The building is a beautiful old building with a wonderful balcony where we sat and ate the Thai food from across the road. It's good Thai. There is a lot of parking available in the area.

The room had a bad smell; my companions thought pee. It was very basic. No table or bench to put pur bags on. There was a very loud, very out-of-tune singer until 11pm. They have no sound-proofing between where the music is set up and the rooms. There are no true no-smoking rooms as people can smoke on the balcony right outside the rooms. Thankfully no-one else was on the balcony with us. The beds are not all that comfortable, but better than a floor.

Room was bit dated old and we didnt like shared toilet and shower. Bit noisy from road.

Disappointed that there were no toiletries in the bathroom, (no soap, shampoo or body wash, and particularly no hairdryer, we had to go to the local IGA and purchase these items. We were flying out of Sunshine Coast Airport early and our luggage was left in our car and we only took a small overnight bag into the Hotel. Also very disappointed that we had to park our car on the road, as there was no parking at the hotel. So we thought the hotel was quite expensive for one night.
