After travelling Italy with my dog, we planned a few days of R&R. This apartment was PERFECT. It was central to everywhere, free parking, across the street from the dog beach which is a great beach with an amazing restaurant. Barbara who manages the property is the BOMB! She's there if you need her, personable and so helpful. She arranged our beach pass in advance and had beach towels upon our arrival.

Great apartment house. We chose this hotel for our trip to Venice. In Venice prices are exorbitant and very few hotels accept pets. The road to Venice takes about 50 minutes by car. And we did not fail. All 5 days of our trip the weather was fine and we combined a beach holiday with excursions. Even swam in the sea several times. Hotel on the first line, passage to the beach in front of the hotel, there’s also a city parking, which the hotel paid for us. We had a sea view balcony. We wrote to the hotel what time we would arrive and Barbara met us. She showed us the apartment, answered all our questions. When it came time to leave, we didn’t want to. But we’ll definitely be back. Maison Belle Vue thank you very much and wait for us.

It's apartment building with several apartment units in different floors. Our apartment had spacious balcony, kitchen and washing machine. Beach is across the road and parking is also directly on site and for free. Host was super nice and friendly.

The apartment is clean and rather well equipped. It is truly located close to the beach. Parking is safe and close to the hotel (in front of the building). The ladies at the reception desk are nice and helpful.

We have booked a room with a sea view but at the arrival, we have been informed that we will not get it because there are none left available. We've got a room with a wall view :(. This was the main reason why we have chosen this location. On the Booking website, the hotel does differentiate the rooms (the price is the same, but the rooms have different descriptions). The response from the hotel was that they consider all rooms the same and the description "sea view" is just a generic description. There were 2 balconies but very narrow. Regardless of the number of guests in the apartment, you will still get just 1 umbrella and 2 beds at the beach (the apartment is for a max of 6 people). The bed in the bedroom was ok, but the one in the common area was a bit uncomfortable. AC is only available in the common area - there is no AC in the bedroom (where there are 4 beds!) There wasn't a kettle in the room (that was the smallest inconvenience)

Pricey. But if you consider price of parking and beach service it becomes tolerable. But a bit cheaper would’ve been perfect. Washing machine was not working. Door lock failed (flashing red) :(

Loved the location, we had a view of the beach from our apartment. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and Chioggia was less than a 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay again if we decide to visit Sottomarina again.

The apartment was very nice and sufficient with a balcony and view on the see. The owner was very nice and helpful.
