The air inside was heavy and moldy. We had the windows open all the time but it did not help much. It was especially an issue at night when trying to sleep. There are barking dogs as well making it hard to sleep at night. The kitchen is old and needs renovation. We stayed many places in the Azores and only here did we face so many problems. I do not recommend staying here. EDIT: The property respons is BS. Everyone in my group was disturbed by the barking dogs and moldy air quality.

I love stay in this house. It was much more than we expected! Huge house with amazing living room and really comfortable beds. Landscape from window is also amazing. There is also a lot of staff in kitchen to cook. Love this place so much! Host is also really friendly, kind and helpful. One of the best places I have ever been!

flush toilet was a little bit broken. Wifi quite poor in some places in house - it would be hard to work or watch something but we didn't.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and the host was lovely. Would recommend to stay at this place. Thank you

This villa exceeded all our expectations. Great view of the ocean, very spacious, well equipped with everything you need. The owner is very pleasant and responsive. upon arrival we were greeted with a compliment of wine, cheese and sweets. the villa is very spacious and has a large garden. We will definitely come back here.

The villa is not so easy to find from the first try. But the owner of the villa sent the location, in the end we still arrived at the right address.

We were more than happy with everything, the landlord provided us an extra set of keys as well and was helpful with everything whenever we asked! We were surprised by everything the house offered :)

The space both inside and outside definitely Has the potential, the gigantic Garden (no swings, though), the friendliness od the person WHO have US the keys and really good English, the fireplace and the heaters to warm the bedrooms.

The cleanliness needs some review, we were assisted by cockroaches, and other bugs. I know this is winter time,no season yet,but the place seemed neglected,with no heart of the landlord present. Kitchen was well equipped, including the dishwasher, but even if IT was exactly Christmas EVE and both Christmas days following, there was nothing, not even a bag of sugar nor a two welcome coffee capsules for the Delta machine. I AM not expecting a bottle of wine or Madeira or porto Like we are getting in Madeira, or other places in Portugal, but there was even no wood for the fireplace, nor to mention 'cosmetics sets' described at booking.com. The space and concept is lovely, and we spent great time but mostku because we are rather independent travellers. this place Has a potential that seems not used. And dogs are barking all night so take earplugs,Your coffee capsules and insect repellent. Plus firewood if You enjoy the heat, the place is rather cold in December.
