Facile d'accès et en plein centre de Beaune. A deux pas du centre commercial et du Palais des Congrès. La terrasse abritée est très sympa et idéal pour les fumeurs ou pour déjeuner.

La description du logement n'est pas exacte (3 lits double + canapé-lit), car il n'y a que 5 couchages = il y a un lit double + un lit simple encastré + un double matelas (canapé). C'est une pièce unique avec un rideau entre le lit double et le reste de la pièce. Et contrairement à certains logements, il n'y a rien du tout = pas de sel / poivre / café, etc. Il faut vraiment tout apporté.

il est annoncé 1chambre... celle-ci n'est pas séparée puisqu'elle s'ouvre par des panneaux japonais coulissants.. très légers et n'offre aucune intimité ni calme avec le séjour cuisine. Poussière et ménage peu satisfait.

L’emplacement à côté du centre le parking et le calme. Jolie terrasse pour les beaux jours.

Nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

The place was as expected, the roof terrace was really nice at the evening. Still warm summer night to enjoy a glass of wine or water/whatever :) Water kettle, coffee maker, oven etc all were there. Only small thing what was missing, was the dishwasher, but that was not a biggie.

It is a nice appartment, but needs to looked after. A good clean would be a good idea. Fluff in the corners.

The apartment was on the 4th floor of an apartment block on the outskirts of Beaune. It was well laid out with a kitchenette area, living room space and a bedroom area, the latter able to be screened off by curtains. The sofa in teh living room converted to a double bed and there was also a fold down bed in this area. The kitchenette was well equipped and the apartment also benefitted from a good-sized fridge-freezer and small washing machine in a utility room. A large supermarket was within easy walking distance of the property. Perhaps the best feature was the balcony, affording views over the outskirts of Beaune towards some nearby hills - it was an ideal place to sit and eat. The apartment block was adjacent to a parking area which appeared to offer plenty of space for guests.

Although the main bedroom area (containing a double bed) is screened off from the main living area by curtains, the apartment is open plan.

Location is excellent - very close to the old city. The balcony is very pleasant.

The host forgot to send instructions how to enter to the property.

Nothing.

Too dirty to stay at which meant booking another room late at night. Fridge and toilet smelled, greasy marks on many surfaces, food still in the sink, and many examples of dirt left uncleaned for a long time.
