very good location and very good breakfast, nice stuff
one bed was really bad, we didn’t find it for a long time… its is opposide of the mama africa, butter for breakfast wasn’t good, it was over-shelf life

Location and value for money are great. Also the property manager was very helpful and available.

Good location, good communication with personel, great breakfast, room was good value. Good accomodation for a night or two.
Very basic and old bathroom, shower head was leaking a lot. Mattress was very hard.

Beautiful quiet place consisting of five rooms
The beach can be reached quickly and the breakfast was excellent, we only had one night and I don't know if it was enough to judge the place in general,

The location is near the beach
The shower was mostly COLD or NOT working. It took everytime alot of time to look for the stuff to make the water working. COLD water.

This place is really close to Nungwi Beach, just 100 meters away at most. There are good restaurants (Mama Africa in front offering really cheap and tasty local food: fish, pilau rice, etc ), souvenir shops, a small supermarket or scuba diving only walking distance. Breakfast is also a great surprise! Would definitely come to stay here!

The bed is comfortable and room is clean. Location is good near the airport

You get what you pay for , the water tabs in the toilete need some maintenance, cleaning ladies where there if we needed everyday services but you have to ask for it. Beds were ok, could have a some extra space in the room as it was a bit tight.Location was excellent , 1 min walk to beach

Breakfast was nice and people were helpful
The neighbors were loud and smoking all day and night. It would’ve been nice if there were quiet hours established

Location. Really close to the beach. Good vibe on the beach.
Light at the bathroom wasnt working. Only drops of water came out of the sink.

not hot water , only one el. charger in the room and is use for fridge . staff push me to check out before 10:00 .

Location is very close to the beach. Breakfast was OK. Garden is the middle is very green. They showed us all the rooms that were available when we checked in so we could chose.
Bathroom was not clean. Lighting was not so good, room stayed very dark even with light on, with like a depressing vibe. Water pressure was not very strong. Tiny street, a bit hard to get in with your car.

Rooms with lovely traditional beds, overlooking a green and colorful garden. Hot water available.
