Piscine trop petite et manque de propreté de les chambres

Lage: Top, vom Hotel nicht mal 1 Minute zum privaten Strand (12€ pro 2 Liegen mit Schirm/pro Tag) ruhig, Supermarkt direkt neben dem Haupteingang. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Wir entschieden uns meistens für die Liegen am Pool im Innenhof des Hotels, dort war es sauber, entspannende Musik und Service bei Bedarf vorhanden. Heraklion ist außerdem mit dem Bus um €3,50 in 50 Minuten zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Zimmer: Wir haben ein gratis Upgrade unseres ursprünglich gebuchtem Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Wir reisten spät in der Nacht an, und es war für uns im Zimmer ein Salat vorbereitet damit wir nicht hungrig ins Bettb musten. Upgrade beinhaltete ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und privatem Whirlpool :-) Jeden Tag wurden Zimmer, Whirlpool und Terrasse gereinigt und Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt. Beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel uns immer ein unangenehmer Geruch auf, welcher aber nach wenigen Minuten nicht mehr störte. Klimaanlage vorhanden, leider ein wenig schlecht plaziert, da sie genau in Richtung Bett bläst. Personal: unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal, standen bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Da die Planzen auf der Terrasse von eienm Gärtner ausgetauscht werden mussten, bekamen wir als Entschädigung einen leckeren Obstteller und eine Flasche Wein obwohl wir untertags nicht einmal anwesend waren. Das Personal kam am letzten Tag als wir am Pool lagen auf alle Gäste zu und erkundigten sich, ob alles in Ordnung sei bzw. Wünsche offen sind. Wir konnten dort dann ein Taxi für den Transfer zum Flughafen bestellen, dazu boten sie uns gratis ein Lunchpaket an. Spa-Bereich: Beim Check-in erhielten wir einen Gutschein für eine 10 minütige Massage pro Person, wir entschieden uns nach einem sehr freundlichen Gespräch mit einer netten Dame für eine 50 Minuten Ganzkörpermassage bei welcher der Gutschein vom Preis abgezogen wurde.

Everything! Honestly from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and always said hello. We even had a fresh Greek salad, bread and fruit waiting for us on arrival as we missed dinner due to a late flight… and a free upgrade! The pool area was very tidy and enough sun beds for everyone. The location was very relaxed at this time of year but could imagine it to be very busy at the bars and restaurants in peak season! Dinner and breakfast were great, especially the themed nights. Lots of variety of food! I’m quite a fussy eater but managed to leave full after every meal. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Honestly, nothing!

The hotel staff is amazingly professional. They go over and beyond to help and / or provide high quality service. As the building is accross the street from the sea it's literally just a few steps from the pool of the inner garden. You get a short free massage at the arrival and you can extend it for a fee. So we tried the wellness facility as well and had a great and relaxing experience. The rooms are clean and comfy and the food has many variations so you wont be eating the same things twice.

The swimming pool and the pool bar close very early, and during the day the sun is too strong/direct, with no wind so basically impossible to stay there. Makes it totally useless. The hotel has their “own” beach access, but basically it’s a public beach where anybody can go and all the same we have to pay €12 per day for sunbeds regardless we are residents. The room is basically empty, no slippers, no gowns, no body lotion, not even a free bottle of water upon arrival. Very poor value for money.

We stayed in annex building, which was clean and well mantained. Staff was very friendly, providing us informations and took care of our wellbeing. We had half board, best decision ever. The food was delicius, with a lot odlf variety. In the are you can reach in a walking distance the center with many shops and restaurants.

There are not a lot of parking places for the cars. There are like 5…the beach near hotel is covered with slippery rocks, and always windy with high wawes. We couldnt take a swim there.

We had an issue with the fan in the bathroom and the kettle but was quickly fixed

the property was pretty quiet which made it easy to sleep at night. definitely need a car if staying here and want to explore the rest of Crete

was excited when we had booked a room with an outdoor spa. was disappointed that it took 7 hours to get to a warm temperature and was no where near hot.

Room was so wet, sunbeds we had to pay, food was not that good.

The resort was excelent: food, pool, room and the people. They are the best! Also, the SPA was verry good!,

The bed mattress was too soft for me...but others might like it!

Clean hotel, friendly staff

No actual bar. Pool bar closes at 7 but sometimes earlier. Although plenty of bars within 10 min walk

First of all, we've got directly a room upgrade (without a specific reason) from a double room with partial sea view to a room with jaccuzi and terrace with partial sea view and partial mountain view which was amazing. We have read some comments that things weren't good in the room, but everything worked perfectly. Staff at reception is professional, nice, smiley and helpful. The variety of options in breakfast is good, quality of the food is okay. The same applies for the dinner. In the weekdays there are shows during dinner and some of them were great. One of the days we've got a free voucher for a dinner in their second restaurant at the beach. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is located at the beach and in a more quiet place on the boulevard. There are many shops and restaurants/bars around and a small supermarket directly next to the hotel. There is always place nearby to park your car. Also we got a voucher for a free massage of 10 minutes at their spa. The staff at the spa are very nice.

While the room was with a great view, it was not cleaned well enough. Especially that we asked to be cleaned daily but it seemed like they just tided it up without cleaning. The cups were used one day but not cleaned and were put back in place and the dust on floor was always still there. We asked for the sheets and towels to be changed daily but still we had to put some card daily on bed in order to be changed, and once we forgot to put it, then they didn't change them. The food in breakfast could be of more variety as everyday was almost the same although there were many options. THE CUTLERY and PLATES were almost ALWAYS DIRTY!!!!!! Even sometimes the staff handed it to me dirty after checking it. The staff in the restaurant could be more professional and smiley( knowing more english as well). The dinner we got at the coast restaurant was nice but the main dish was only one piece of meat! we'd have preferred to eat at the main restaurant if it's about the food. Except for breakfast, DRINKS were NEVER for free even WATER!!!! It's not very easy to find a parking place but not impossible as well.

The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good with plenty of choices and varieties. The management and the staff of the hotel give good service, including the waiters in the restaurant. We booked a standard room and we are happy with the room. We had a partial view of the beach from the balcony and saw the sunrise. The manager is a hands-on manager too. I recommend staying in this hotel.

Close to the beach! Great pool area - even though the pool was a bit cold. hard to break the ice. The staff is very welcoming.

Our room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. There was hair on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable, neither of us slept well in the 3 nights we have spent there. Also a bit unhygienic, the mattress was covered with a thin sheet, but not all the way through, and we could saw the mattress dirty with dust and hair from the previous guests.

On arrival we had some small but irritating issues. The hotel remedied them efficiently, rapidly and compensated us generously. The management were extraordinary in their response and follow up. The hotel itself was beautiful, well organised, well situated and well managed. The food was varied and plentiful and everywhere you went the staff were hospitable and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. The room, ( a deluxe beachfront studio) was gorgeous, well equipped, well maintained and beautifully situated It was well appointed and well designed.

This may be a subjective and "British" thing but I find most Mediterranean counties serve hot food on cold plates. This issue is exacerbated for me by the electric food hot plates used to keep buffet food warm never maintaining a 'hot' temperature. The parking available is inadequate and unreliable. I think guests should give their registration number to the desk so can be held accountable for blocking others in. My only other gripe is I felt the prices for drinks were a little high to the point where you rarely saw guests take wine with dinner. Everyone we spoke to made this same comment.

Facilities were fantastic! Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing. We didn't want to leave. We highly recommend Infinity Blue!!!!

We thought the pool was too cold. Adults love ice cream and Gelato too! Wish there was a ice cream desert bar.

The staff were about the best part of the hotel, always friendly and welcoming. That's not to detract from the fact that the hotel is fabulous, lovely spacious and clean rooms and the food was fresh and plentiful.
