The bed had bugs....the place is not clean at all....you can call it old filthy place.

Nothing so I did not sleep my night there...it was filthy.

The staff are lying and don't care..... No hand towel and bath tower no hand wash soap, reported to the staff all the essential missing items and did nothing....kept saying we will contact you.....

Cheap considering it was eurovision week. Good location, close to co-op, lidl and train station.

The shared showeroom wasn't great. There were cobwebs in the bedroom.

Hotel is above a bar which can get quite noisy however we expected this when we booked. Is in close walking distance to a co-op and train station which was really convenient.

Some of the mattresses could have done with a topper as some of them you could feel the springs in but was bearable.

Hotel rooms were spotless and staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall fab stay, only downside was a shared bathroom (hadnt noticed when booking so that was down to me.)but it was clean. Excellent value for money

TV was restricted to certain channels. No BT or SKY sports.

The bed was comfortable.

The shower and toilet where broken. Toilet flush was broken.had to poke finger in hole to flush it. Shower glass doors one was of and the other was only half hanging. Water kept going from hot and cold.

Staff were helpful,fixed broken blind as much as possible

Shared bathroom was filthy, bed springs poking up in the mattress bottom sheet didn’t fit properly . Mold on the windows was really bad.

We were not given the accommodation we paid for, the bathrooms were in a shocking state.

Just as described. Perfect stay for 4 of us, clean and staff was great!

the room above the pub was very loud, the music was lacking in insulation. because the pub itself is really good, but don't try to sleep over it. the toilet and shower were very cold

The staff are the friendliest people ever and the accommodation is brilliant. The pub below is popular and very reasonably priced. Wonderful.

The bed sheets were stained at genital height. Woke up in the morning to a shared bathroom that was bloodstained and looked like a murder scene. The 2nd shared shower room wasn't working. No staff were available until gone 9:30am. We were then told we could use the 3rd shared shower room, the shower head was loose and you had to hold it while showering. The fire door was open to anyone that wanted to wander the corridor. I told the cleaner about the bedsheets, and we left for the day. Came back later to clean sheets. The bloodstains were still visible the following morning. Someone had made crude attempt at cleaning up and left the paper towels used overflowing the bin in the bathroom.

for the price it was clean and quite well maintained

the bed was quite uncomfortable. the light chandelier had only one bulb that was working making it quite dark. the shower did not drain well which made the tray fill with water.
