It was a spacious , basic , no frills apartment near to the shops and restaurants ( about 5 minute walk ) it’s
quite high up but the advantage of that is the view of Pigadia. I liked it. Saw the owner at check in and check out and he seemed friendly enough. Near to boats so you can get to see more if the island so that was handy.
It was fine but I guess like other reviewers say some items really could do with being replaced but not a major issue really . I’m not a fan of change of towels and bed sheets when you are only staying 3 days , just don’t see the need ,so glad that didn’t happen , that was fine with me . It did the job for me so I had no complaints

Partially renovated spacious apartment, close to centre, daily housekeeping, the owner means well and sends small gifts like fresh figs
An odd mixture of very basic low quality furniture, many expected amenities missing, appliances really old
rust everywhere, mold and spider webs, lack of proper cleaning
Ants in the kitchen, really bad smell from bug spray or very low quality detergent
Uphill location, in a filthy unlit area away from shops
Very expensive considering what it offers

The house and the apartments of Mikhaelis are beautiful. We were especially fascinated by the view from our balcony and the spacious terrace. In addition, the warm host Mikhaelis, who is very helpful, who has many interesting stories to tell and can give you valuable tips for exploring the island. Thanks again!

Very spacious apartment located 5 minutes uphill from the harbour's main bar/restaurant area. Great value.
We were backpackers so a washing machine in the apartment would be a big plus. Nevertheless, the staff washed our clothes which was very important for us.

I totally recommend these apartments for everyone who wants to spend amazing time in Karpathos! Accommodation was exactly like in pictures, everyday there was someone to clean my room, amazing view and people there were ones of the nicest I have ever met!

Breakfast was not included, but the room was an easy walk to several cafes and restaurants. Mike was a perfect, friendly, and knowledgeable host. Best room I've ever stayed in at that price. Fabulous — both Epiphany and Karpathos!

Our ferry was delayed by two hours and the host was kind to wait for our arrival and deliver the keys. We were upgraded to an apartment with sea view which was great. The room and the bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. The apartment is located literally 2minutes walk from the Pigadia center-great location.

Well, what can I say. Staying here was absolutely delightful. Starting from the room, recently renovated, spacious, with a very comfy mattress and a bathroom with a super shower.
The rooms in the upper floor have a nice view on the pigadia bay, the one I had hasn't the view but was very nice anyway. Everything is very clean, and the room is cleaned everyday. Very good position, near the center but quite. Easy to find a parking spot nearby.
But the main reason to stay here is Mike and Vivi, the owners. Very very kind, very supportive and helpful. So, stay here was absolutely a pleasure! We came back with a little more tan, maybe some kgs, but we leaved there a little piece of our heart!
The kitchen could have been a little more equipped. The wifi it's quite slow.

Perfect place to stay in Pigadia, Karpathos. Very nice, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioning reasonably priced. Room was cleaned very well. Owned by a lovely and helpful family. Able to park car at a public car park 25m from the apartment. Short 3min walk to the centre of town. I would definitely choose this place again!
Could have been slightly more of cups and plates. However for us it was enough. Most probably the helpful owner could have brought more if asked!

Nice apartment just 5min from the center. Run by a nice lady who keeps it real clean (is doing cleaning every day) and is very helpful.
We feeld really comfortable there.
