The apartment is new, full of all services and if there is something missing the professional owner Carlos is ready and fast to support you. Carlos provides you also any kind of information at any time in the day. Nearby there are wonderful pastelería and supermarket. I kindly suggest this apartment.

The position is not central in Ponta but it's just a matter of 15 minutes walk, so it's not a big issue.

Like all the other rated comments stated, Carlos, the owner, was amazing. We were probably difficult for him, unintentionally. He met us at the airport. With 4 of us in tow, we had too much luggage requiring him to do 2 trips to the airport for our pick up, while he was still assisting the current renters in getting them to the airport. He did so without batting an eye or showing any discontent. There were so many things about him that made our stay so enjoyable. Firstly, he told us we could call him if we had any questions about anything on San Miguel, not just apt. needs. Before our trip, he sent us links to the best beaches, restaurants, and must see thing to experience on San Miguel. After our pick up from the airport, we hung out at a cafe Carlos dropped us off at. When we were done, close to check in time, we decided to venture up to the apt., and we magically found him in the city. He drove us to the apt and made sure we were set. He is definitely the kind of guy you want to be your friend. He was there to close out our trip too. He picked us up early 730 am, to bring us to the airport. It was so nice to have him there.

On the apt, We were soooo happy for the fans in each room. We were used to central air so not having it took a little getting used to. We could see how someone could be miserable without it. We took that as a cultural difference and enjoyed the breezes throughout the apartment. The apt. was spacious and having 2 bathrooms for 4 adults was a luxury. We liked the fully stocked kitchen and did make a few breakfasts and our last meal there. It really felt like a home away from home by the end of our stay. Having a washing machine was amazing too!! I left my expensive towel behind though:( There were many pastry nooks to have coffee and snacks throughout the day very near the apartment and the space was very centrally located for spending time in Ponta Delgada. It could be a hike if you are not used to walking though, but our group enjoyed the 15 to 30 min. walks into the tourism part of the city. Also, the supermarket was a little more than a 10 min walk which was great. We ventured there for souvenirs too. For the downside, beds were hard and furniture did stick when trying to use the draws. Upside WOW the amount of closet space was insane. Truth there was not much to not like. It is a little dated but our group was so happy for everything else.

A condo that feels like home, with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You don't really need to bring anything extra; all the everyday essentials are provided. It's just a 3-minute drive to a large supermarket called Solmar, and we also enjoy leisurely walks to downtown where you can easily find great restaurants. We really love T3, and Carlos has made it very cozy. Our family will definitely come back here next time.

Owner was very proactive in sending information and pictures showing how to access the apartment, like the app to open the doors. Apartment is very spacious. Kitchen very well stocked, liked having a washing machine. Also appreciated all the local information provided!

very easy self check in

Great location for having a car rental. Close to an amazing bakery (O Rei dos Pao). The place was big enough to cook and have a family dinner.

The beds were very hard, the sheets were rough but the most difficult thing was the heavy musty/moldy smell that came from every drawer, closet and cabinet.

The property had all the conveniences just like home and very clean. It is very well decorated and very spacious.

Tourists / Guests need to have the option of having a key to the main door of the property, not just the app on cell phone to get in.

Our host, Carlos, was very nice and helpful. He even offered to drive us to/from the airport. The house was clean and large and comfortable. It was in an excellent location, close to restaurants/shops, and super walkable.
